The whole operation feels family-run in the best possible way. They’re not following some corporate hospitality script; they’re just genuinely helpful people who seem to care whether you have a good stay or not. I had a minor issue with the shower temperature on my second day, and instead of transferring me through three departments, someone was up to look at it within twenty minutes. Fixed it too, not just apologized and promised to “escalate the issue.” The location works really well if you’re the type who likes to feel embedded in a neighborhood rather than tourist-bubble protected. There’s real life happening around you – families heading to school, locals grabbing coffee, that sort of thing. Sure, it means you might hear conversations in the courtyard sometimes, but it also means you’re staying somewhere authentic.
