You know what caught me off guard about this place? The view actually lives up to the name – and I’m usually pretty skeptical about these “panoramic” claims. I mean, you walk into what’s honestly a pretty modest studio setup, nothing too fancy, but then you hit those windows and suddenly you’re looking out over this sprawling cityscape that just goes on forever. It’s the kind of view that makes you grab your coffee and just stand there for a minute, even when you’re rushing to get out the door.

The studio itself is what I’d call smartly designed rather than spacious – everything has its place, and whoever set it up clearly thought about how people actually live in small spaces. The kitchenette is tiny but functional (I managed to make decent pasta, which is my usual test), and the bed sits right where you can wake up to that city view if you leave the curtains cracked. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being in the middle of everything – good windows make all the difference, and these actually block out the street noise pretty well. The building’s got that solid, older construction feel that you don’t always find in newer places.

Honestly, for a 3-star spot, they’ve got the details right in ways that matter. Check-in was straightforward, no weird surprises with fees or policies, and the whole place felt clean without that overwhelming chemical smell some hotels hit you with. The neighborhood’s got that lived-in feel where you can actually grab groceries or a decent meal without everything being touristy and overpriced. I found myself walking more than I expected just because the streets have character – not Instagram-perfect, but real in a way that makes you feel like you’re actually experiencing the city rather than just passing through it. The rating of 8.5 seems about right to me; it’s not going to blow you away with luxury, but it delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. If you’re the type who cares more about location and that morning view than having a huge bathroom or room service, this place actually makes a lot of sense.
