I could hear the gentle hum of evening conversations drifting up from the stone streets, but honestly, it was more charming than disruptive.

What really gets me about Luce is how they’ve managed to blend that old-world Montenegrin character with genuinely comfortable rooms. I mean, a 9.9 rating sounds almost too good to be true, but after staying here, I get it. It’s not about fancy amenities or marble lobbies – it’s about nailing all the details that actually matter when you’re exploring a place like Budva. You’re paying for that perfect location without the premium prices of the beachfront hotels, plus you get to experience the Old Town the way it’s meant to be experienced – as a living, breathing neighborhood rather than just a daytime tourist attraction. If you’re the type who wants to grab morning coffee from the same café as the fishermen heading out to work, rather than room service, this is absolutely your place.
