You know what caught me off guard about Lungomare Lux Apartments? The name had me expecting some over-the-top luxury place, but honestly, it’s way better than that – it’s just really, really well done without trying too hard. I mean, a 9.7 rating usually makes me suspicious (who are these people and what are they comparing it to?), but after staying here, I actually get it.

The apartments themselves feel like someone’s stylish cousin let you crash at their place, if that cousin happened to have impeccable taste and actually cared about thread count. Everything’s thoughtfully put together without being precious about it – the kind of place where you can make coffee in your pajamas and feel completely at home, but also wouldn’t be embarrassed to have someone drop by unexpectedly. The kitchens are properly equipped too, which sounds boring but trust me, matters so much when you’re staying more than a couple nights. I ended up cooking way more than I planned because, well, why not? The whole setup just makes you want to settle in and live a little.

What really sold me though was how quiet it gets at night – and I’m someone who usually travels with earplugs and white noise apps because I’m paranoid about street noise. But here, once the evening settles down, it’s genuinely peaceful. The kind of quiet where you might actually hear yourself think, you know? During the day there’s enough life around to feel connected to things, but it’s not that constant urban buzz that leaves you exhausted. The staff definitely knows what they’re doing too – check-in was smooth without being overly formal, and they seemed to anticipate questions before you even thought to ask them. Actually felt like they wanted you to have a good time, not just get through their checklist. Only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re the type who needs everything spelled out in advance, you might find yourself wishing for a bit more hand-holding initially. But honestly, half the charm is figuring out your own rhythm in the space. It’s that sweet spot between a hotel and a proper apartment rental – you get your independence but with backup when you need it.

  This apartment was excellent from all points of view. It is very well located, only 3-4 minutes walk to the old town and all the best beaches of Budva. It is very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for short and long stay. Zoran is a very kind and supportive host. I enjoyed every moment of my stay in the appartment.

  Owner is a very welcoming man. Everything starting from the process of booking to asking for advice regarding the city went smoothly. When we had problems on our side with our flight, the owner agreed to re-evaluate the price of our stay so we won't be paying for the time we didn't spend there. Very grateful for that.
  The apartment complex and the apartment itself is very modern, new, clean and comfortable. It was nice to come in such a fresh looking place to rest after a day on a beach. Big shopping mall nearby.
  
  What could be improved: At first I was a bit disappointed about the construction going on across the road, especially after the difficult trip we had, the noise bothered me. But after I had rest I quickly realised that it won't be a problem since we spent most of the day on the beach. I guess that's how a big tourist town lives – a lot of new buildings are being constructed.

  Cleanest, newest apatmant ı ve ever seen. Very good location. U can walk everywhere. Anything you need is in the apartment. Free and closed parking. And Zoran is the guy for everything you need for 7/24 (Thanks my friend)

  Location is great! Only few (1 to 10) minutes from every important location/beach in Budva. The apartment is new, very clean and comfortable. Exactly like the pictures and even more spacious! We had very pleasant time, everything is handy, on its place, for relaxed vacation without worries about accomodation. Great wardrobe and kitchen, bathroom, towels are clean and new, sheets also, everything meets the expectations.
  
  What could be improved: No bad impressions! Should be aware that the view is on the building across the street, but if that is not what you are looking for from accomodation, then it is not an issue.

  Great location, ( old town 4-5 minutes, slovenska beach also same, and close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, markets etc.) comfortable and very clean apartment. Everything was so good. Shower and kitchen useful, beds are comfortable.
