You know what really caught me off guard about this place? I was expecting just another basic apartment rental in Rafailovići, but honestly, the “Lux” in the name isn’t just marketing fluff. The moment I walked in, there was this immediate sense that someone actually cared about the details – and I mean the kind of details that matter when you’re living somewhere for more than just a night or two.

The apartment sits right in the heart of Rafailovići, which – if you haven’t been – is this perfect little pocket between Budva and Bečići where you get all the Mediterranean charm without the absolute chaos of peak tourist season. Well, I mean, it still gets busy in July and August, but it’s manageable busy, you know? What I loved is that you’re literally a three-minute walk to this gorgeous stretch of beach that most people miss because they’re all cramming onto the main Budva beaches. The mornings there are incredible – you can actually hear the waves from the apartment if you open the balcony doors, and there’s something about that sound that just makes coffee taste better. The local bakery is right around the corner (seriously, go there early for the burek), and there’s this little konoba where the owner, Marko, makes the best seafood risotto on this part of the coast. I’m not even exaggerating.

What really impressed me though was how thoughtfully everything was set up inside. The kitchen actually has proper knives – you’d be amazed how rare that is in vacation rentals – and the shower has legitimate water pressure, which after staying in a few questionable places along the Adriatic, felt like a genuine luxury. The Wi-Fi works everywhere, even on the balcony where you’ll probably end up spending most of your evenings anyway. The whole place feels clean and modern but not sterile, if that makes sense. There’s clearly been some recent updates, but they kept the character of the building intact. Parking was surprisingly easy too – there’s a spot included, which in this area during summer is honestly worth its weight in gold. The only tiny thing I’d mention is that weekend nights can get a bit lively since you’re close to a few local spots, but nothing crazy, and honestly, it just adds to the authentic neighborhood feel. Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive without being hovering, and when I had a question about the best route to Kotor, they gave me the actual local shortcut, not just the Google Maps version. It’s that 9.4 rating completely earned – this is what vacation rentals should be like.

  Her anlamda çok iyiydi. Evin planı konforu donanımı çok iyiydi. 4 kişilik aile olarak çok rahat ettik. Dijana ilgili ve iletişimi çok güzel ve hızlı iyi bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

  Znači meni osobno se sve svidjelo jer sam prvi put u Budvi… veliki dvosoban stan za cijelu obitelj sa 2 sobe i 2 velika kreveta… nije luksuz ali za par dana posjetiti Budvu skroz dovoljno… zato i je cijena dosta niža od ostalih objekata… ulaz za zgradu gdje je apartman je malo neugodan jer je direktno sa glavne ceste i velika je uzbrdica pa nekome može predstavljati problem… meni osobno nije problem… apartman je na prvom katu i ima mali balkon… nema pogleda nego u drugu zgradu ali opet kažem za tu cijenu što više i ocekivati… vlasnica apartmana super sve pohvale… uvijek dostupna za komunikaciju… HVALA

  Vlasnica apartmana je preljubazna, uvijek dostupna za sve informacije i u slučaju da vam nešto zatreba bez problema će doći i pomoći vam.
  
  What could be improved: Lokacija apartmana prikazana na google mapi je neispravna. Apartman se nalazi iznad tranzita u brdu, a na Google mapi je prikazan ispod tranzita skoro na plaži. Veliki propust obzirom da nije mala razlika biti skoro na plaži i iznad tranzita u brdu.
