The apartments themselves are what really got me – they’re spacious in a way that makes you forget you’re in a hotel at all. The kitchens actually work (I’m talking full-size appliances, not those sad little mini-fridges), and the living areas have this modern-but-comfortable vibe that doesn’t make you afraid to put your feet up. I spent a good chunk of my mornings just drinking coffee on the balcony, watching the neighborhood wake up. The beds are seriously comfortable too – none of that rock-hard hotel mattress nonsense. Check-in was smooth (they had everything ready even though I arrived earlier than expected), and when I had a question about the washing machine – yeah, there are proper washer/dryers in the units – someone came up within like ten minutes to show me how the European settings worked. Small thing, but it matters when you’re dealing with a week’s worth of laundry. The building itself feels secure without being fortress-like, and there’s decent parking if you’re driving, though honestly the public transport connections are good enough that you might not need a car depending on what you’re doing. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not perfect (the WiFi can be a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone’s streaming), but it hits all the important notes without any major frustrations.
