Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Lux Panoramic Apartment,” I was expecting something a bit more… luxurious? But here’s the thing about this place: it totally grows on you once you figure out what it’s actually about. It’s one of those 3-star spots that doesn’t try to be fancy, and honestly, that’s kind of refreshing in a world full of hotels that promise the moon and deliver cardboard croissants.

The panoramic part isn’t just marketing fluff, which surprised me. You actually do get some decent views – I mean, it depends on which unit you end up in, but even from the lower floors, there’s something nice about being able to see beyond the immediate neighborhood. The apartments themselves have this lived-in feel that I actually prefer to those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down. You’ve got a proper kitchenette (and I mean proper – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), which saved me a fortune on eating out every meal. The wifi’s solid too, though it can get a bit spotty during what I’m guessing are peak hours around 7-9 PM when everyone’s streaming something.

What really won me over was how quiet it gets at night. You know that city hum that usually keeps you up the first few nights anywhere new? Well, there’s surprisingly little of that here. The walls are thicker than you’d expect for the price point, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that “we need fourteen forms of ID and your firstborn” nonsense. The staff actually seems to know the area too, which is rarer than it should be. When I asked about getting around, they gave me specific route suggestions that clearly came from experience, not a laminated script. Is everything perfect? Not exactly – the bathroom fixtures have seen better days, and don’t expect daily housekeeping unless you specifically arrange it. But for what you’re paying and what you get, especially that kitchen situation and the actual space to spread out, it’s a pretty solid choice. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a few days and feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just visiting.

Early hotels booking in Budva requires advance planning during peak summer seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beaches and vibrant nightlife.

  The views from the balcony during the day and night are very nice. The property is a short walking distance to the old town. Air conditioning and WiFi worked well. Enough glasses to have drinks and a working fridge with deep door compartment to hold our big bottles of gin was perfect. It is located near a top notch restaurant called VISTA. Great breakfast options.
  
  What could be improved: The shower filled up every time you used it. A large broom was left in the shower and all cleaning equipment was left in the same room. We found an empty condom packet in the drawer of one of the rooms which we didn’t like. Would have liked fatter pillows. And the cable television didn’t work(perhaps a good thing it didn’t).

  Excellent view to the sea and the old town.
  Large apartment, big rooms, big balconies.
  Easy to reach the apartment by car.
  You can reach 3 beaches easily.
  
  What could be improved: The cleanness is not the strongest side of this apartment. There is no dedicated parking space even it was granted on the description. Continuous noise (0-24 from the nearest hotel roof aircon machines-really disturbing, you can not open your windows, at night you can hear all of the 3-4 discos noise from the coast). Some worn out, not well working equipment (aircon, washing machine). Value for money is lower than expected.

  The view was great. The host was responsive.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was not clean. A lot of the dishes had to be rewashed before we felt ok using them. The floors were filthy and made the bottoms of our feet black. The coffee table was broken with a sharp edge making it dangerous for our kids. The “free parking on premises” was a spot only big enough for a compact car, which wasn’t shared with us even though we said we’d be driving there. There was free public parking next to the apartment, but likely would be hard to find a spot during peak season.

  Amazing view to the bay and the city. The apartment is well arranged, the bed rooms are big enough there is privacy and enough space for social area as well.
  
  What could be improved: There could have been more kitchen facilities, e.g. pans, bin bags, dish washer capsules (or maybe we didn't fin them 🙂 )

  Amazing view from the two balconies. In general, a very comfortable flat with everything that we needed for the 5 of us. There were some complementary drinks waiting for us in the fridge. The airport transfer service that they arranged was also very good.
  
  What could be improved: The fridge doesn't have a proper freezer section. We had to buy bin bags and additional toilet paper (there was some there but not enough). Sharper knives would have been nice. These are all just minor details, though, and didn't get in the way of us enjoying our stay.

  fantastic views. Good location, close to the old town whilst being far enough away from the noise.
  
  What could be improved: an extra shower facility would be useful. one shower between 3 double rooms doesn’t seem very many. there is plenty of room to put in an extra shower facility.

  The view and it’s big with lots of room for 6 people.
  The old town in 10-20 mins walk depending if you take the steps or not. Taxis were very expensive so ensure you can walk the hill. We were allowed a late checkout and they helps with transfers. Although paid well over the odds for a late checkout before we encountered more problems
  
  What could be improved: They have the old fashioned water tanks in both bathrooms and were not filling up so we had no water. The owner brought us lots of bottled water and said it would be back on soon. We couldn’t shower for the whole four days. We only had bottles. The toilet didn’t work day 2 but he did come quickly to fix. On day 4 checkout we had to use the bottled water to flush both.
  You only get a thin sheet on each bed to share. We was cold on the last night and used towels as blankets. Not great when you’re not young ladies anymore and used to a bit more comfort. The apartment felt run down & was dirty and has a broken glass sharp coffee table. The patio door was temperamental and we used a chair to secure it. We didn’t cook or use any facilities so I can’t comment- we didn’t have the water to use them.
  They sorted out our transfers which was good however the taxi there didn’t know where he was going and tried to drop us off in the wrong place. Thankfully my google maps worked and I had the number of the owner so he could ring them. We then waited 20 minutes. I had checked previously about check in and thought the taxi was already in communication but he had no idea and little English and wasn’t in any contact at all with the owner

  The one and only good thing about this apartment is the view on the balcony..
  
  What could be improved: We choice this apartment because it aays 2 bathroom but the second bathroom has no shower only wc. The bed was broken .. they fixed it on the 2nd day
  The apartment was so dirty when we check in. Even the garbages were on the front door. We ask the land lord to remove they say they are not theirs and we took out by ourself because it was smelling bed..while were cleaning them first floor neigbour had disscussed with us ..he thougt they are ours.. was very inpolite.
  There is a parking place in front of the apartment .. but we were not allowed to use it.. we neeeded to find a place from the puplic parking area every night.. u need to think about that before u choice here..
  
  I didnt notice when i book here ..the check out is 10.00 am.. too early .. they come to your door at 10.15 am to get you out..
  
  I dont know why this apartment is on booking even with the high price comparing the others..
