The location is what really gets me excited about this place, and I mean, if you know Montenegro’s coast at all, you’ll understand why. You’re literally perched between Bečići and Budva, which means you get the best of both worlds – the quieter, more relaxed beach vibe of Bečići when you want to chill, but you’re close enough to Budva’s old town that you can walk there for dinner (though honestly, it’s more of a scenic 20-minute stroll along the coast, which I actually loved doing in the evenings).

The studio itself feels way more spacious than you’d expect. There’s this clever layout thing going on where everything flows together without feeling cramped, and the balcony – well, that’s where you’ll probably end up spending most of your morning coffee time. The view depends on which side you’re on, but even if you don’t get the full sea view, you’re still looking out over this gorgeous Mediterranean landscape that changes color throughout the day. What I really appreciated were the small touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need – decent water pressure in the shower (you know how hit-or-miss that can be in apartment rentals), a kitchen that’s actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the Mega Market down the hill, and air conditioning that works properly during those August heat waves.

Here’s what you should know about staying here: parking can be a bit of an adventure during peak season, but there’s usually something available if you’re not too picky about walking a few minutes. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 10 PM, which is perfect if you’re trying to recover from exploring Kotor or hiking in Lovćen during the day. And honestly? The fact that this place consistently gets perfect ratings tells you something – it’s not just about the apartment itself, but the whole experience. The hosts clearly know what they’re doing, and you can tell they’ve stayed in enough vacation rentals themselves to understand what actually matters. If you’re planning to use this as a base for exploring the Budva Riviera (which you absolutely should), the location is pretty much ideal. You’re close enough to catch those buses to Sveti Stefan or Petrovac, but far enough from the main Budva party zone that you’ll actually get some sleep.

  Very nice studio with great sea view. Irena and the husband are very friendly,they left beer in the fridge for us wich was a pus as was very warm.very comfy bead.
  My partner and I had a total of 12 nights and was amazing.
  And the owners came on last day just to say goodbye to us.
