Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Luxury Apartment Anastasia Tre canne – the name’s a bit of a mouthful, and the address just says “Sajam bb” which basically means “fairground something-something” in the local shorthand. But you know what? Sometimes the best places hide behind the most unassuming facades, and this turned out to be one of those gems that make you want to keep quiet about it so it doesn’t get overrun.

The location is actually pretty clever once you figure out the lay of the land. You’re close enough to Budva’s old town that you can walk there in about ten minutes (maybe fifteen if you’re carrying beach gear and stopping for coffee), but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowds stumbling back from the clubs. I mean, Budva can get pretty wild during peak season – we’re talking Ibiza-level chaos some nights – so having that buffer zone is honestly a lifesaver. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s really well-appointed place than a typical hotel. There’s this attention to detail that you don’t usually see – good water pressure in the shower (trust me, this matters more than you think in Montenegro), proper blackout curtains for those summer nights when the sun doesn’t set until after 8 PM, and a kitchen that’s actually functional if you want to grab some fresh fish from the market and cook it yourself.

What really sold me on this place was the little things that show someone who actually lives here had a hand in setting it up. The coffee machine isn’t some generic hotel pod system – it’s a proper espresso setup. There are beach towels that don’t look like they’ve been through a commercial laundry a thousand times. The balcony furniture is comfortable enough that you’ll actually want to sit out there with your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up. And speaking of the neighborhood, you’re right in this sweet spot where you can walk to the beach clubs if that’s your scene, but also easily get to some of the quieter swimming spots that the locals prefer – there’s this little rocky area about five minutes away where the water’s incredibly clear and you won’t be fighting for space with cruise ship tourists. The 9.8 rating makes sense when you add it all up. It’s not trying to be some flashy resort with marble lobbies and staff in uniforms, but everything just… works. The Wi-Fi is solid (important if you’re working remotely), parking isn’t a nightmare like it can be in the old town, and the whole vibe is relaxed but sophisticated. Perfect if you want to experience Montenegro without feeling like you’re staying in a tourist bubble.

  The Host was absolutely incredible! She made us feel right at home and welcomed us in the best way possible. She is truly an Angel! The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect!   What could be improved: We chose this property only because of the pool. The accommodation was expensive/comparably priced compared to other accommodation with a swimming pool. There was no pool in this accommodation and the use of the pool in another building cost €20/day/person. There was also no bathtub and the apartment was not soundproofed. These things were clearly promised on the booking website, but the host thought it was our fault and finally, after several days of exchanging messages, he announced that Booking.com had written the wrong information, not her. Booking, on the other hand, announced that the host is the one who provides all the information. In the end, we only received a small refund, which did not nearly cover our loss in the price of the accommodation and the missing pool. The apartment has a really bad old cigarette smell. Like a smoker lived there. Also, there were ants. It is not possible to get cleaning in the apartment and if two extra rolls of toilet paper are not enough, you have to buy more yourself. Some of the dishes were dirty and even moldy. We were left with a bad feeling when we didn't get a refund for the money and the host was very rude and blamed us, even though we only demanded a refund for one pool, even though it was written in our reservation that two pools are available without extra charge.

  Отдыхали с женой с 14 по 24 июня 2025 года.
  Отличный просторный номер со всеми удобствами, включая стиральную и посудомоечную машинку.
  Цена при этом умеренная и не слишком дорогая по сравнению с альтернативными вариантами.
  Просторный балкон с креслом-качалкой и видом и на море, и на горы.
  Немного портят вид строящиеся рядом отельные комплексы, но это мелочи.
  Из плюсов солнце светит на балкон примерно до 12 дня, а дальше весь день можно сидеть в теньке и наслаждаться видом или читать книгу.
  В душевой стоит бойлер на 80 литров, что хватает с лихвой для обеспечения двоих человек горячей водой(успевает нагреваться до следующих водных процедур)
  Рядом с аппартаментами есть все удобства от магазинов и кафе (две кафешки находятся на первом этаже комплекса, которые работают до двеннадцати-часу ночи) до аптек и банков.
  Ближайший пляж находится буквально в 100 метрах от аппартаментов, что очень удобно – не нужно долго идти по жаре.
  Приветливая хозяйка Джулия активно отвечает на все относящиеся к отдыху вопросы от обмена валюты до экскурсий и советует кафе с приемлемыми ценами и вкусной едой. Она всегда быстро отвечала на возникающие вопросы и помогала советами.
  Отдых безусловно понравился настолько, что захотели вернуться в следующем году возможно в бархатный сезон в сентябре.

  Апартаменты в соседнем здании Будвы- Три Канны. Где бы вы не были его видно с любой точки. Вид с терассы на море и остров. В апартаментах все есть. Очень красиво и уютно. Чисто. Вообщем мы очень довольны. Рекомендую. Мы очень довольны. А хозяйка апартаментов вообще супер: на связи . Все подскажет по местности. Вообщем супер- рекомендую.

  Отличное место, красивая страна, очень уютный и гостеприимный апартамент. Шикарный вид на море с лоджии, очень чисто и есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. Была даже посудомоечная машина и стиралка. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, которая помогла нам с трансфером и давала по вотсапу рекомендации по ресторанам и интересным местам, пляжам. Приедем еще раз к вам! Спасибо огромное за короткий и чудесный отдых.

Tesise gelirsek, mükemmel konumu, harika dekoru, en küçük ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş , içinde herşey var ve bütün ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılıyor.
