Here’s what nobody tells you about this part of Budva – you’re close enough to walk everywhere that matters, but you’re not trapped in the tourist madness. That little bakery around the corner on Jadranski put opens early and their burek is ridiculous. The beach is maybe five minutes if you walk fast, ten if you’re carrying all your stuff and stopping to buy water. Parking can be tricky in summer (like everywhere in Montenegro), but there’s usually spots if you’re willing to walk a block or two. The 9.7 rating makes sense once you’ve been there – it’s the kind of place where everything just works, and you find yourself thinking “okay, I could actually live like this for a while.” The shower pressure’s great, the WiFi never dropped, and when I had a question about late checkout, Valentina responded within like twenty minutes. Sometimes you get lucky and find a place that’s exactly what it promises to be.
