Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name “Luxury Apartments Trend,” I was expecting something a bit try-hard, you know? But actually stepping into this place completely changed my perspective. It’s got this understated elegance that feels genuine rather than flashy, and the 9.6 rating suddenly makes total sense once you’re there.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment freedom. The spaces feel like actual homes – I mean, you’ve got proper kitchens with full-sized fridges (not those tiny hotel ones), and the living areas are designed for actually living, not just sleeping between tourist activities. The staff seems to get that balance too; they’re incredibly helpful when you need them but never hovering. Check-in was refreshingly smooth, none of that awkward waiting around while they “prepare your room” nonsense. And honestly, the attention to detail is what sets this place apart – things like having decent coffee (not hotel lobby swill), proper blackout curtains that actually block light, and bathrooms with water pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices.

I spent quite a bit of time just hanging out in the common areas, and you can tell this isn’t just some corporate chain property. There’s character here – the kind of place where you might actually meet interesting people rather than just polite tourist small talk. The whole vibe feels more like staying in a really well-run building where you happen to know someone, if that makes sense. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the acoustics are surprisingly good; you’re not dealing with paper-thin walls where every conversation becomes everyone’s business. During my stay, I barely heard other guests, which is honestly rare these days. Sure, it’s a 4-star place rather than some ultra-luxury resort, but sometimes that works in your favor – less pretense, better value, and staff who seem genuinely happy to be there rather than going through five-star motions. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home but with someone else handling the cleaning and maintenance, this is pretty much exactly what you want.

  Все понравилось. Расположение прямо на пляже Рафаиловичи, вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов, в 5 минутах супермаркет со всем необходимым. В апартаментах есть кухня студия и две спальни, гараж – парковка для авто. По необходимости меняли постельное и полотенца, убирали номер. В номере есть все необходимое: посуда на кухне, стиральная машина, утюг и гладильная доска, духовка, плита и микроволновая печь. Вид с балкона на море и пляж просто волшебный.
  
  What could be improved: Я бы посоветовала хозяевам повесить указатель места расположения апартаментов. Мы заезжали, долго не могли найти наше место. Но нас встретили.

  Номер, чистота, вид на море, удобные кровати и диван, отличное расположение, рядом много кафе (но не под окнами), рядом отличный пляж Каменичка, недалеко супермаркет (5-7 минут пешком).
  
  What could be improved: Нет вообще никакой таблички с названием аппартаментов! Найти аппартаменты самостоятельно невозможно. Рекомендация всем записать номер телефона объекта из букинга и договариваться о встрече возле отеля Zetta. И лучше договориться заранее.
  Столешница на кухне шаталась. Все время приходилось ее подкручивать. Нужно это устранить.

  Нас зустріла Слободанка, чекала, хоч ми й дісталися пізніше зазначених годин реєстрації. Місце для автівки було заброньоване. За кілька днів змінили білизну та рушники.
  Зручна кухня з усім необхідним, просторий салон, праска, прасувальна дошка, стійка для сушіння білизни.
  Чудовий краєвид з балкону. Прямий заїзд з траси, не треба крутитися вузькими вулицями (але проїзд небезпечний, особливо в темряві, бо там стоять машини).
  
  What could be improved: Шафа тільки в салоні, в спальнях лише плічка для одягу і тумбочки. Просто тому, що спальні малі, так збудували, що для шафи там немає місця. Кондіціонер теж тільки в салоні (в жовтні не було потреби, але влітку треба брати до уваги).
  Мило є, але шампуні відсутні, хоча начебто згадані в переліку зручностей, отже треба брати з собою.
  Те, що не залежить від хазяїв: спуск до моря двома ліфтами через готель "Понта Нова". Ліфти вузьки, влітку, як кажуть, черги. Або кількома сходами.

  Elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, goede airco, super ruime woonkamer.

  Geen verduisterende gordijnen in de slaapkamers.
