The studios themselves are pretty brilliant, actually. Each one’s laid out like a proper mini-apartment – and I’m talking full kitchens with decent cookware (not those sad little coffee makers you usually get), separate living areas that don’t feel cramped, and these gorgeous bathrooms with rainfall showers that I may have spent too much time in. The design strikes this perfect balance between modern and cozy – lots of natural light, clean lines, but then you’ve got these warm touches like local artwork and plants that actually look healthy. What really impressed me was the soundproofing; even when I could see people in the courtyard below, I barely heard a thing. That’s gold when you’re trying to sleep in after a long day of sightseeing.

The staff here genuinely seem to care – check-in was smooth (they actually remembered my name without looking at a screen), and when I had questions about the area, they gave me real recommendations, not just the tourist trap stuff. I appreciated that they stock the fridges with local products and there’s this little welcome setup with coffee that’s actually good. Parking was easier than I expected too, which honestly saved me a headache. The building itself has this quiet, residential feel during the day, but you can tell it comes alive in the evenings when people are coming and going. With a 9.2 rating, I was expecting it to be good, but the little things – like having a proper workspace with decent lighting, or the way housekeeping folded my clothes instead of just shoving them aside – those details really add up. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, and you don’t mind paying a bit more for that authentic boutique experience, this place delivers on its promises without all the pretentious attitude you sometimes get at places like this.

  Location was excellent, near the beach, bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Hosts are so friendly and helpful and always available for any kind of help. They will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Incredible hosts. Rooms are very good and clean with AC and free WiFi.

  So close to the beach ( about 7 mins by walk ), comfy bed, clean apartment, close to the shops, supermarkets and restaurants, friendly staff. Darko was nice and answered quickly in Viber. Cleaning lady was polite.
  
  What could be improved: Slow WIFI: if you are on vacation and want just to browse on the Internet and scroll Instagram that might be enough but if you work remotely ( as we did ), you’ll have trouble with the connection.
  
  Note that if you want to wash your clothes or need someone to clean your room you have to ask about it.
