Luxury duplex in front of the sea

Hotel Description

So I stumbled across this duplex right on the waterfront, and honestly, the name pretty much tells you everything – it really is luxury facing the sea. The moment you walk in, you get hit with this incredible view that just stretches on forever. I mean, you’re literally steps from the water, and the sound of waves becomes this constant, soothing backdrop that makes you forget you’re staying at what’s technically a 3-star place.

The duplex setup is actually pretty clever – you’ve got this sense of having your own little house rather than just another hotel room. Upstairs feels like a proper bedroom retreat, while downstairs opens up to that gorgeous sea view I can’t stop talking about. The furnishings are definitely on the upscale side, though you know what? There are little signs here and there that remind you this isn’t a five-star resort (think solid but not premium linens, decent but not fancy bathroom fixtures). Still, for the price point and that location, I’m not complaining at all.

What really sold me was stepping out in the morning with my coffee – there’s something about having the ocean right there that makes even instant coffee taste better, if that makes sense. The area gets pretty quiet in the evenings, which is perfect if you’re looking to actually relax and hear yourself think. Parking was straightforward enough, and check-in was smooth, though the staff seemed stretched a bit thin during my stay. I’d guess this place really shines in shoulder season when it’s not packed but the weather’s still nice. The 7.2 rating feels about right – it’s got that wow factor with the location and duplex concept, but there are definitely some rough edges that keep it from being perfect. If you’re the type who cares more about waking up to an amazing view than having perfectly fluffy towels, this place will make you happy.

  I had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The newly renovated space was impressive and added a fresh, modern touch to the overall experience. The close proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the seaside. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay for 4 people. Although it was a bit difficult to find the apartments initially, the hosts were quick to answer our call and greeted us promptly. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend staying here!

  It was located in a central location, and it was new and renovated.
  
  What could be improved: We booked the room for 5 people and there were pillows for 4. The hot water wasn’t enough for all of us to have shower, and 2 of us showered in cold water. The shower was leaking water everywhere making the bathroom actually a pool. One towel was dirty. Didn’t have shampoo. The tv didn’t work.

  What could be improved: Не было микроволновой печи
  Трубка слива конденсата (воды) с кондиционера была установлена не совсем корректно и на балконе всегда было много воды. Баклажка набиралась за 40 минут и утром все было в воде.
