You know what caught me off guard about Luxury Fontana Apartments? The name honestly had me expecting some over-the-top place trying too hard, but it’s actually this really solid three-star spot that just… gets it right. I mean, when you see a 9.2 rating, you start wondering what the catch is, but after staying there, I totally get why people keep coming back.

The whole apartment setup is what really makes this place work. Instead of cramming you into a tiny hotel room, you get actual space to breathe — a proper kitchen where you can make coffee without those terrible little pods, a living area where you can spread out your stuff, and honestly, after a long day of exploring, having somewhere that feels more like home than a hotel box is everything. The apartments themselves have this comfortable, lived-in quality without being worn down, if that makes sense. Nothing’s brand new and shiny, but everything works the way it should, and there’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t try to blind you with marble and gold fixtures.

What I really appreciated (and this is the kind of thing you don’t realize matters until you’re there) is how quiet it stays at night. The building’s got good bones, I guess — you’re not hearing every conversation from the hallway or dealing with doors slamming at all hours. The staff actually knows what’s going on around the area too, which is rarer than it should be. They’re not just handing you a generic tourist map; they’ll tell you when the local market gets crazy busy or which direction to walk if you want to avoid the crowds. Check-in was smooth — none of that standing around for twenty minutes while they figure out their system. And parking… well, it’s not the easiest situation, but honestly, what do you expect? At least they give you the real deal about street parking instead of pretending it’s no big deal. The whole experience just feels more authentic somehow, like you’re staying somewhere that cares about getting the basics right instead of impressing you with stuff you don’t actually need. For a three-star place pulling numbers like that, there’s clearly something they’re doing that the fancier places are missing.

  Everything is ok. Beach was 3-5 min to walk. There are 2 parking places, one at Plaza shoppimg center, it costs ~ 1,5e per hour, and another parking in the building where we stayd and it cost us 20e per 24h, much convinient.

  It was at a central location close to all the important places. The apartment was clean and beautiful at a very good price. The staff were super lovely and extremely helpful. The apartment was fully furnished and all the facilities were in great working condition.

  Location is perfect and just 2min from the beach. Shopping mal, restaurants and walking spots are all just 1-2 min away – perfect! Its central, but still quiet. The building is modern with a fast elevator. The beds are very comfy and and rooms are big. Lots of storage room, cabinets etc.
  
  What could be improved: No safebox, the bathroom is a bit small. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, especially under the couch.

  Excellent location, new and well maintained and spacious flat with 2 balconies.
  Parking for extra charge (rather expensive) but got to plug our EV car for slow charging at least.

  The location is perfect!!!! The apartment was very clean, nice and new. The bed was comfortable in the room. AC was working perfectly. The staff were very very kind and helpful, they replied always directly for our questions. I would totally recommend to stay here!
