The kitchen is basic but functional — you’ve got everything you need if you want to grab some fresh seafood from the local market and cook it yourself. The living area flows nicely into the bedroom, and while the furnishings aren’t going to win any design awards, everything feels clean and well-maintained. What really caught my attention was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to staying right in Budva’s old town.

That Sea View Promise

About that sea view in the name — it’s there, but you’ll need to crane your neck a bit from certain angles. I mean, Przno is literally steps from some gorgeous coastline, so you’re never far from water views anyway. The real win here is being so close to Przno Beach, which honestly beats most of the more famous spots along this stretch of coast. It’s this perfect little cove with crystal-clear water, and since most tourists head straight to Budva or Sveti Stefan, you’ll often have more space to actually enjoy it.

Here’s what I really appreciated — you get free parking, which is actually a huge deal in this part of Montenegro during summer. Try finding affordable parking in Budva and you’ll understand why this matters. From here, you can easily drive to Sveti Stefan (it’s literally a five-minute drive), explore the coastal road toward Bar, or head into Budva when you want that nightlife energy. There’s a decent restaurant within walking distance, plus a small shop for basics, though you’ll probably want to venture out for dinner most nights.

Look, this isn’t a resort experience — it’s more like having a friend’s place to crash while you explore the Montenegrin coast. The value proposition is solid, especially if you’re the type who spends most of your time out exploring rather than lounging in your room. Couples seem to get it right — there’s something romantic about having this quiet base in Przno while still being close enough to everything else. The 7.2 rating feels about right; it’s not perfect, but it delivers on what it promises without any major surprises. Just don’t expect high-end amenities, despite what the name suggests.

  W miarę nowe wnętrze mieszkania, ładnie wykończone.
  
  What could be improved: Brak poprawnego hasła do Wi-Fi pomimo ciągłego zgłaszania problemu właścicielowi. Brak zestawu kosmetyków i papieru toaletowego pomimo że jest w opisie apartamentu. Mieszkanie zakurzone.

  Amazing view from the balcony, cozy living room. Nice equipped kitchen. At April where we’re very cold at the bedrooms – so at summer this will be an opportunity.
  
  Шикарный вид на море и горы, закат. хорошо оборудованная кухня с духовкой и посудомойкой. В апреле было прям оч холодно, особенно в спальнях, что, очевидно, будет огромным плюсом в жаркий сезон.
  
  What could be improved: The apt was a bit dirty since the beginning,and the only you have is a mop and a big brush without dustpan. No vacuum cleaner. Almost impossible to clean the floor. that’s ok if you stay 3-5-7 days. But we stayed much longer. I’ve asked for the cleaning when we extended our stay, they promised but no one came.
  and I have never ever met so bad dirty and old bed sheets and towels. Never ever, even at simplest properties.
  
  Апарты были грязноваты уже в момент заезда. Как будто их когда то и убрали, но с тех пор пылью покрылись изрядно. Все, что там есть, это швабра и большая щетка без совка… мы приспособили часть коробки от пиццы, чтобы заметать туда мусор… Когда продлевали проживание, я попросила принести пылесос или прислать уборку, пообещали уборку, но так никто и не пришел. Ну и последнее: никогда в жизни не встречала такого ужасного постельного белья и полотенец. Разные комплекты, все застирано до катышек и некоторые пахли то ли табаком, то ли фото знает чем))

  Mieszkanie ładne. Ładny widok z balkonu. Blisko sklep.
  
  What could be improved: Nawigacja nie kierowowała do miejsca mieszkania.
  Średni kontakt z właścicielka. Nic nie zostało nam wytłumaczone. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że bojler należało włączyć włącznikiem żeby grzała się woda. Kanapa miała być rozkładana, nie była. Łóżko w dużej sypialni strasznie trzeszczy. Przy każdym obróceniu się – budziliśmy się. Byliśmy w 4 osoby, były tylko 3 kubki. Końcówka mydła do rąk. 2 papiery toaletowe dla 4 osób na 4 dni. Brak płynu do naczyń. Miały być małe zestawy do mycia- nie było. Po dwóch dniach właścicielka napisała, że należy zapłacić za mieszkanie, mimo że pieniądze zostawiliśmy na stole.

  What could be improved: There was just a view things in the kitchen- so cooking wasn't possible.
  
  Parking was every time a struggle to find a save spot.
