Look, I’ll be straight with you about this place in Przno – it’s one of those spots that doesn’t try too hard to impress, but somehow wins you over anyway. The Luxury Sea View Apartment sits right in this tiny fishing village that most people drive past on their way to Budva, which honestly is their loss. When I first pulled up, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 3-star place calling itself “luxury,” but you know what? Sometimes the best experiences come from places that aren’t desperately trying to be something they’re not.

The apartment itself is pretty straightforward – clean, comfortable, and yeah, that sea view they promise is actually legit. You can hear the waves from your window, especially at night when the village gets quiet (which it does, trust me). Przno isn’t exactly a party destination, so if you’re looking for thumping music until 3am, you’re in the wrong place. But if you want to wake up to fishing boats heading out at sunrise and fall asleep to the sound of water lapping against the shore, this hits different. The building isn’t fancy – I mean, it feels more like staying in someone’s well-kept family apartment than a hotel – but there’s something refreshing about that. The host was actually around when I needed them, which seems rare these days, and they knew all the good spots for dinner that aren’t tourist traps.

Here’s the thing about Przno that makes this place worth considering – you’re literally a 10-minute walk to Sveti Stefan (you know, that postcard-perfect island everyone photographs), but you’re paying a fraction of what those resort guests are shelling out. The little pebble beach right below is never crowded because most tourists don’t even know it exists. I spent mornings there with maybe three other people total. The village has this one amazing seafood restaurant – Maestral – where locals actually eat, and the prices will make you wonder why you ever paid resort prices anywhere else. Parking was easy enough, which is more than I can say for most coastal spots in Montenegro during summer. The 7.2 rating seems about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. If you’re the type who needs a spa and room service, look elsewhere. But if you want a genuine slice of Montenegrin coastal life with a sea view that costs less than a fancy dinner back home, this little apartment in Przno might just be exactly what you didn’t know you were looking for.

  Very beautiful apartment, great view and a beach in walking distance!
  
  What could be improved: There was just a view things in the kitchen- so cooking wasn't possible.
  
  Parking was every time a struggle to find a save spot.

  Amazing view from the balcony, cozy living room. Nice equipped kitchen. At April where we’re very cold at the bedrooms – so at summer this will be an opportunity.
  
  Шикарный вид на море и горы, закат. хорошо оборудованная кухня с духовкой и посудомойкой. В апреле было прям оч холодно, особенно в спальнях, что, очевидно, будет огромным плюсом в жаркий сезон.
  
  What could be improved: The apt was a bit dirty since the beginning,and the only you have is a mop and a big brush without dustpan. No vacuum cleaner. Almost impossible to clean the floor. that’s ok if you stay 3-5-7 days. But we stayed much longer. I’ve asked for the cleaning when we extended our stay, they promised but no one came.
  and I have never ever met so bad dirty and old bed sheets and towels. Never ever, even at simplest properties.
  
  Апарты были грязноваты уже в момент заезда. Как будто их когда то и убрали, но с тех пор пылью покрылись изрядно. Все, что там есть, это швабра и большая щетка без совка… мы приспособили часть коробки от пиццы, чтобы заметать туда мусор… Когда продлевали проживание, я попросила принести пылесос или прислать уборку, пообещали уборку, но так никто и не пришел. Ну и последнее: никогда в жизни не встречала такого ужасного постельного белья и полотенец. Разные комплекты, все застирано до катышек и некоторые пахли то ли табаком, то ли фото знает чем))

  Mieszkanie ładne. Ładny widok z balkonu. Blisko sklep.
  
  What could be improved: Nawigacja nie kierowowała do miejsca mieszkania.
  Średni kontakt z właścicielka. Nic nie zostało nam wytłumaczone. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że bojler należało włączyć włącznikiem żeby grzała się woda. Kanapa miała być rozkładana, nie była. Łóżko w dużej sypialni strasznie trzeszczy. Przy każdym obróceniu się – budziliśmy się. Byliśmy w 4 osoby, były tylko 3 kubki. Końcówka mydła do rąk. 2 papiery toaletowe dla 4 osób na 4 dni. Brak płynu do naczyń. Miały być małe zestawy do mycia- nie było. Po dwóch dniach właścicielka napisała, że należy zapłacić za mieszkanie, mimo że pieniądze zostawiliśmy na stole.

  What could be improved: Brak poprawnego hasła do Wi-Fi pomimo ciągłego zgłaszania problemu właścicielowi. Brak zestawu kosmetyków i papieru toaletowego pomimo że jest w opisie apartamentu. Mieszkanie zakurzone.
