  The house was clean and new. We were satisfied. The landlord was helpful. Only the house is located on a hill, this should be taken into consideration.

  It’s a very modern and clean building. Location is a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and the owner is a really nice guy who’s always responding.
  
  What could be improved: The parking is a little bit of an issue. Also had a few nails sticking out from the bed frame and bathroom door lock wasn’t working, but I’d trust in the owner to get these things sorted 🙂

  Brand new building with super modern apartments. The key was waiting for us in the door along with the fruit platter. Spectacular view of Budva, a bit uphill, very close to downtown and city attractions. Lots of stores and food corners nearby. The host very accommodating and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: We are a group of 3 teenagers who travelled for fun. To reach the apartment on foot you need to climb the stairs which some elderly people may not like.
