You know what caught me off guard about MIA CASA Apartmens? The name’s a bit quirky (yeah, they spelled “Apartments” wrong, but honestly it adds character), but this place punches way above its 3-star rating. I mean, a 9.9 rating doesn’t just happen by accident – there’s something really special going on here.

The location on Beogradska street is actually perfect if you know Budva at all. You’re close enough to hear the buzz of the old town when the evening crowd gets going, but far enough back that you won’t have drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3am. I loved that I could walk to Slovenska Plaza in about ten minutes – that’s the main beach everyone talks about – but I could also duck into the residential streets and feel like I was living somewhere real, not just visiting. The apartments themselves feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, which I think is why people rate it so highly. Everything’s clean and functional, but there are these little touches that show someone actually cares – decent coffee in the kitchen, proper hangers in the closets, that sort of thing.

What really sold me was the vibe of the whole setup. The owners (or whoever runs it) seem to get that travelers want space to breathe, especially if you’re doing more than just a quick weekend trip. Having a proper kitchen means you can hit up the local market – there’s a great one just a few streets over where the locals shop – and actually cook something instead of eating out every single meal. Plus, and this might sound small, but the Wi-Fi actually works everywhere in the apartment, not just that one sweet spot near the router like so many places. The parking situation is decent too, which if you’ve driven around Budva in summer, you’ll know is basically a miracle. Look, it’s not going to wow you with fancy amenities or a rooftop pool, but that 9.9 rating tells the whole story – people leave here feeling like they got exactly what they needed, maybe even a bit more than they expected.

  This flat is wonderful!!! New, modern,very clean, spacious, with panorama view of the city and private parking space!!! 1 big living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, 2 bathrooms ( 1 ensuite) and spacious balcony with wonderful seaview of the city!!! The hosts, Dejan and his sister Diana, are one of a kind!! Really friendly and with authentic hearts and emotions!!! They even invited us for a drink to their flat above on New Year's Eve!!! Dejan, Diana and Bozana, thank you so much!!! HIGLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  The view is amazing! The apartment is new, clean, and has everything needed. The lady who welcomed us is very, very nice and very helpful. She explained everything about the apartment and recommended the best beaches and places to see. The owners are also very nice. They prepared taxi numbers for us and tourist guides in paper and electronic form (QR code).

  It has a great view and the house was new and very clean sheets were clean There was a washing machine and detergents ın the bathroom. There is a large terrace and the apartment was very close the beaches

  The location can be a bit tricky to find, but between the excellent communication with the host and the lovely taxi driver, it was figured out. The mom was on-site to welcome me and provide keys. I was welcomed as though I was a member of the family. The room is GORGEOUS! The view is amazing! It is quiet, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped. There is a major supermarket 7 minutes walk down towards the sea. The hosts had dinner delivered to me the first night from the restaurant across from the supermarket. It takes about 35 minutes to get into Old Town on foot. I highly recommend!!!!

  Lovely family and clean apartment with a nice view!! The family were very helpful and friendly. For instance, we needed a car to rent but couldn't trust the rental agencies at the airport. They helped us to find a reliable rental agency, so thank you for that 🙂
  
  Just a quick tip for future guests, if you don't have a car, it is not super close to the old town or Mogren beach (still a managable distance) – but the best option is to take a taxi (4-5 euros more or less) but be careful with the drivers who try to overcharge you.
