You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Mirta Apartments Family Farm – I mean, the name alone had me picturing some rustic setup that might be charming but probably lacking in comfort. Boy, was I wrong. This place actually manages to pull off that rare combination of authentic farm experience without making you feel like you’re roughing it.

The family that runs this place has clearly been doing this for a while, and it shows in all the right ways. They’ve got these apartments that feel more like staying at your countryside relatives’ house (if your relatives happened to have really good taste and knew how to make guests comfortable). The rooms are clean and well-thought-out – honestly, cleaner than some four-star places I’ve stayed at. What really got me was how quiet it is at night. I’m talking proper countryside quiet, where you can actually hear yourself think. During the day though, there’s this gentle background of farm life that’s oddly soothing – chickens doing their thing, maybe a dog barking in the distance, nothing overwhelming.

The family running the operation – and I’m pretty sure it actually is a family operation – they know their stuff. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that corporate hotel nonsense. They’ll tell you about the area if you ask, and I mean really tell you, not just hand you a brochure. The location works well if you want to explore the region but still have a peaceful base to come back to. Parking’s never an issue, which anyone who’s driven around rural areas looking for a hotel spot will appreciate. The 9.2 rating this place has makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be fancy, it’s just trying to be good at what it does, and it succeeds. Fair warning though: if you’re someone who needs room service and a concierge, this isn’t your scene. But if you want a genuinely comfortable stay somewhere that feels real rather than manufactured, and you don’t mind being around actual farm life (in a good way), then honestly, you’d be hard-pressed to find better value for what you’re getting.

  We liked the quiet location, the kids enjoyed the animals, the surroundings. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very nice to us. The landlords presented to us very patiently the main places to visit, they served us with their deliciously vegetables spread fresh made by them.
  We liked we had a washing machine and we could dry our clothes outside. Very nice place and we’d definitely come back if we’d visit again Montenegro!

  Owner is friendly and i can say there is parking which is belong to home i can just say that for possitive things.
  
  What could be improved: Location is so far from Jaz Beach(NOT 950m) and center. Inside home beds are not comfortable and so noisy. Not so much clean. Inside home is so dark and about value for this staying for 2 nights it is so much expensive. Unfortunately i can not suggest anyone to stay there especially who have babies.

  Od samego początku wszystko było w idealnym porządku. Apartament pachnący czystością, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, właściciele mili i pomocni. W razie pytań czy potrzeb bardzo szybko reagowali. Zdecydowanie polecam.
