You know what? MM Apartments totally caught me off guard in the best way possible. I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name, I was expecting something pretty basic, maybe even a little bland. But this place has that perfect sweet spot vibe where it’s not trying too hard to be fancy, yet everything just works really well together.

The thing that struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about what they were doing. Check-in was smooth (no weird hidden fees or awkward upselling), and the person at the front desk gave me genuinely useful tips about the area – not just the touristy stuff, but like where to grab decent coffee in the morning and which streets get crazy busy during rush hour. The apartments themselves have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake. I mean, the furniture isn’t straight out of a showroom, but it’s quality stuff that’s clearly been chosen by someone who understands that travelers want to feel settled, not like they’re camping in a sterile box. The kitchen actually has proper knives and more than two mismatched plates – small details, but honestly, these things matter when you’re staying somewhere longer than a night or two.

What really sold me was the neighborhood feel of it all. You can tell this isn’t some corporate chain operation where everything gets decided by committee in some distant office. There’s character here – like how the hallways have this warm lighting that doesn’t feel institutional, and how you can hear just enough ambient life (footsteps, distant conversations) to remind you you’re in a real building with actual people, but never so much that it’s disruptive. I actually slept better here than I have in some much pricier hotels. The whole setup just makes sense, you know? It’s got that 8.8 rating for a reason – people clearly appreciate when a place delivers on its promises without any pretense. Whether you’re here for work or just need a solid base to explore from, MM Apartments feels like the kind of place you’d recommend to someone you actually like. It’s not going to blow your mind with over-the-top luxury, but it’ll take care of you properly, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Hotel in Budva booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally popular music festivals and beach parties.

  We loved our stay here. The location is great, the owners are very nice and polite. We came at the very end of the season, so they gave us the bigger apartment and extended our checkout since no one is coming after us.

  Perfect location just a block back from the beach. Spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and private terrace. The hosts were kind and the son spoke perfect English. The kitchen was very functional with everything you need to self-cater (there’s a very good shop at the other end of the beach).
  
  What could be improved: We found the street light coming in through the window (no shutters) a little bright to sleep. The shower was also quite cramped. But these are very minor complaints.

  Modern, well-equipped, clean apartment, directly on the beach.

  What could be improved: Agency took the payment from my card without informing me by email. I wanted to pay by cash. That puts me in card debt which is far from good!
  Room has a half sea view, and restorant is right in front of very small balcony of the studio we were staying.

  What could be improved: Rezervisali smo 3 noci, medjutim, otisli smo posle prve noci. Nije bilo cisto, dusek pun fleka, kupatilo uzasno tijesno i prljavo.
  Ljubazno su nas ispratili bez nudjenja kompezacije za jos dvije noci koje smo platili.
  Definitivno manje od ocekivanog.

  The location was great. The apartment's side gate is literally on a sidewalk of the beach. Very clean. Children friendly environment, meaning there is no way for a child to get hurt by traffic or something similar. AC helped a lot!
  
  What could be improved: Small apartment in which 3 of us couldn't function at all. The wardrobe is very small, and it just has a hanger part and 2 small drawers, so it basically just occupied more room space. The balcony is also small. I felt claustrophobic a couple of times. We got 2 couches to sleep on. But I saw that there are beds in other apartments. Even tho it's clean on arrival it doesn't stay that way because there's no room service.
