I mean, you’re literally in the heart of everything with a location score of 9.4, which honestly makes sense once you’re there. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away, and you can actually hear the buzz of the main pedestrian areas without being right in the chaos. What I loved most was being able to grab morning coffee from the local spots that tourists usually miss, then stroll down to the beach when I felt like it. No need for taxis or buses — your feet will do just fine.
The Space Itself
The two-bedroom setup works really well, especially if you’re traveling as a couple or with friends. Each room has enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped, and the beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case). The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need if you want to skip restaurant meals occasionally — which I definitely recommend doing at least once to save some money. What Our Guests Say
The apartment is in a convenient location, about a 20-minute walk from the old town. There's a large grocery store right across the street, which is very convenient, and several bakeries nearby for a quick breakfast.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were met by someone else, not the owner, and we had to pay in cash without filling out any documents. Communication with the owner was problematic – we requested an extra pillow since there were only 4, even though we had booked and paid for 5 people. The response was that there were no extra pillows available. When we asked about the blankets, we were told to take them from the drying rack, which was very inconvenient. The refrigerator shown in the pictures was not working, so we couldn't make ice. The entire apartment was dirty – there were shards of glass on the kitchen floor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable – in the bedroom, there was a foam topper over the mattress, likely to compensate for its poor condition, and in the small room, one of the beds had a large dip in the middle, making it impossible to sleep properly. The springs made loud noises with every movement.
In one of the bathrooms, it was impossible to shower because the water from the showerhead sprayed directly onto the ceiling and outside the shower cabin. The whole apartment had exposed wires, insufficient lighting, and there was only one mirror in the bathroom, where it was too dark to use properly. The host was unresponsive and did not help with any of our concerns. On the day of departure, we were told we had to leave at 10:00 a.m., even though our reservation stated check-out was between 10:00 and 12:00. There were no trash bins anywhere near the apartment, so we had to drive around the city looking for one. Coffee was also not provided, despite it being listed in the apartment description. To make matters worse, when we continued communicating with the owner, she was extremely rude. After sharing all our concerns, her response was that we shouldn't expect more for the price we paid. She even told us that if we were "rich," we should book a 5-star hotel next time.

What could be improved: Araç park yeri sorunu tatil sezonun da baya zorluyor. Evdeki mutfak aletlerin den Tavalar kullanılmayacak haldeydi söylememize rağmen değiştirilmedi daha iyi bir temizlik yapılabilinirdi
Direnin genişliği ferahlığı ve imkanları güzeldi.
Domacini Matija i Mila izuzetno prijatni i uzluzni. Stan je konforan,uredan,cist... Savrsen boravak.

The communication with the host was just great! I made a mistake in dates when booking, and everything got resolved with no issues.
The apartment is spacious and has everything required. We were 4 people and it could fit 2 more in the living room with no issues.
The location is ~10 minutes walk to the center of Budva. There's a supermarket right across the street.
What could be improved: One of the bathrooms wasn't quite clean, and the shower door needs some repairment as it is hard to open.
There were a new oven and a new stove in the kitchen, but not yet installed. We had to use the compact one provided for the cooking, but I think it will be fixed for the next guests :)
Apartman je zaista odlicne velicine i dobro opremljen savremenim namjestajem i drugim uređajima, tako da u apartmanu postoji sve sto bi vam moglo zatrebati (pegla i sto za peglanje, fen, posudje, grijalice...). Za to sve pohvale. Sve je identicno onome sto vidite na slikama. Apartman je komotan za porodice ili za grupe prijatelja, a kreveti su jako udobni. Zbog velicine i komocije, pogodan je za duzi boravak. Posjeduje odlicnu veliku tarasu sa stolom i stolicama. Vlasnici su bili susretljivi. Iako ne posjeduje parking, vrlo lako smo ga nasli uz zgradu, jer ima dosta parking mjesta.
What could be improved: Međutim, ono što nam je pokvarilo ukupan dojam bila je čistoća. Oba kupatila, kuhinju i trepezarijski sto morali smo prvo jako dobro ocistiti prije samog koristenja, jer je bilo jako prljavo. Mnogo prasine i kamenca se nakupilo po elementima, izgledalo je neuredno i nehigijenski, kao da se prije naseg dolaska uopste nije ocistilo. To se u toaletu i kuhinji ne moze tolerirati. Ostatak stana bio je uredan, ako govorimo o krevetima i garnituri u dnevnoj, ali se cistoca ipak najbolje ogleda na kupatilima i kuhinji. Zaista apartman bi bio bez mane, samo da se poradi na čistoći.
