I mean, “Modern Spacious Mediterranean New Building” sounds like someone just threw keywords together – but when you actually walk into this 48-square-meter flat, it all makes sense.

The space feels genuinely Mediterranean, not in that forced resort way, but more like someone who actually understands the style designed it. The ceilings are higher than you’d expect for a newer building, and there’s this really nice flow between the living area and bedroom that doesn’t feel cramped at all. The kitchen area is actually functional too – I’ve stayed in plenty of places where they give you a hot plate and call it a day, but this one has proper counter space and decent appliances. The bathroom’s modern without being sterile, if that makes sense. And the free parking thing? That’s not just a throwaway perk – I noticed how tight parking gets in this area during the evenings, so having your own guaranteed spot is actually pretty clutch.

What really sold me on the place was the attention to small details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. The windows actually block out street noise (tested this during what seemed like rush hour), there’s enough electrical outlets that you’re not constantly unplugging things, and the Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the flat without dropping. The building itself feels solid – none of that paper-thin wall situation where you hear every conversation next door. I was there during what the front desk mentioned was a busy period, but you honestly wouldn’t know it from inside the room. The whole building has this quiet, settled feeling even though it’s relatively new construction. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the shower has really good water pressure. You don’t realize how much that matters until you’ve spent a week somewhere with a trickle of lukewarm water. The location works well too – close enough to things that you’re not taking a trek every time you want to grab coffee or find dinner, but far enough from the main drag that it stays peaceful at night.

  Domaćin je veoma susretljiv, a smještaj je sjajan. Obezbjedeno parking mjesto!
  Peškiri, posteljina, usisivač, veš mašina, mašina za posuđe, kuhinja odlično opremljena.
  Odlična pozicija stana, u blizini je ambulanta, apoteke, sve ono što želite izbjeći na odmoru ali nek je blizu za svaki slučaj.

  Das Appartment war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben auf dem Balkon gerne gefrühstückt und dem Treiben auf der Straße zugeschaut. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 2. Etage ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind noch sehr neu. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind ist sehr ruhig. Gut fanden wir das es eine Spülmaschine und eine Klimaanlage gab, Ansonsten haben wir auch nichts wirklich vermisst. Da wir mit Auto da waren, war der eigene Parkplatz Gold wert. Im Umfeld gibt es genügend Supermärkte und Restaurants die fußläufig erreichbar sind.
  
  What could be improved: Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch schön gewesen.
