I timed it myself because, well, I’m that kind of traveler. The Old Town is practically next door too, so you can wander those medieval walls whenever the mood strikes without planning your whole day around it.

The Studio Space

The room itself is exactly what you’d expect from a modern studio — clean lines, smart use of space, and everything you actually need without the clutter. There’s a compact kitchenette that’s perfect for making morning coffee or storing those late-night snacks you’ll inevitably pick up from the local markets. The bed is comfortable enough (I’m picky about mattresses), and honestly, the whole setup feels more like a well-designed city apartment than a typical hotel room. The Wi-Fi actually works properly too, which isn’t always a given in this part of the world.

Neighborhood Vibes

What I really appreciate about this spot is how it sits right in the sweet spot of Budva’s energy. You’re close enough to the action that you can hear the buzz of the promenade, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with constant noise when you want to sleep. The local cafes along this stretch serve proper Balkan coffee — strong enough to wake the dead — and there’s a small grocery store about fifty meters away that stocks everything from sunscreen to local wine.   What could be improved: Kada sam tražila smještaj, kliknula sam na filter da mi je neophodan besplatan parking a potom i poslala upit za parking koji na kraju nisam imala pa sam uz cijenu apartmana imala i trošak parkinga 21e u obližnjoj garaži.
  
  U apartman sam ušla sa dvoje djece oko 22h i bojler je upaljen tek u momentu našeg ulaza pa mogućnost tuširanja tu noć nismo imali.

  Die Lage und die Klima ist das einzig gute dort.
  
  What could be improved: Boden schmutzig, viele fremde Haare Badezimmer nicht sauber und defekte Türe an der Dusche. Waschmaschine nicht funktionsfähig. Staubig. Defekte Jalousie bei Anreise wird auf uns geschoben.

  Lokacija i krevet su zaista bili dobri i to je sve što može da se izdvoji kao plus kod ovog apartmana. Sve ostalo ide u negativan opis, a sve zahvaljujući dotičnoj gazdarici koja je postupila kako je to navedeno dole.
  
  What could be improved: Domaćin je uprkos dogovoru da koferi ostanu poslednjeg dana u apartmanu, dogovor postignut pismenim putem ovde, pre rezervacije, odlučio da nam u 23 časa uveče saopšti da i mi i koferi moramo van apartmana sledećeg jutra.
  
  Usput tvrdeći da nam je "učinila" što smo prvi dan ranije ušli u apartman, iako je i to bio pismeni dogovor pre rezervacije?! Neprofesionalizam i neljubaznost dotične je van svih granica. Obišao sam 24 države, bio smeštan od rupa do hotela sa 5*, ali nigde ovako nešto nisam doživeo. Spreman sam bio i da zanemarim što je apartman bio prljav van svih granica (paučina, prašina, nedostatak sapuna, polompljena daska na wc šolji, namerno baterije koje ne rade u daljinskom od klime, čak joj i napisao na pitanje četvrtog dana kako smo zadovoljni "super", ali posle ovog bezobrazluka i priča "Razumite me, ja od ovog živim, pa šta ako sam rekla "važi" za kofere, idite tražite od kafića pored da ih tamo ostavite" i slično… Zaslužila je ovu jedinicu bez pogovora, jer 0 još uvek ne mogu da dam.
