    Központi elhelyezkedés, gyalogosan megközelíthető minden városi strand, óváros, bolt, pláza, gyógyszertár, drogéria, pékség stb.
    Kedves szállásadónkkal gördülékeny kommunikáció, nagyon segítőkész volt, amit ezúton is köszönünk.
    A konyha tökéletesen felszerelt, a lakás jó felszereltsége miatt hosszabb ott tartózkodásra is alkalmas. Az elektronikai eszközök tökéletesen működnek. Saját parkoló, sorompóval zárt területen.
    Az ingatlan központi elhelyezkedése ellenére csendes utcában található.

    What could be improved: A fürdőszoba lehetett volna tisztább is, főleg a zuhanykabin és környéke.

    Nice location. Good equipped kitchen.

    What could be improved: First off all, it is not a "sea view" apartment. There is a big building, which blocks the view of the sea. It is strange, that the owner (management company) published old photos. The apartment was not properly cleaned, wardrobe, furnishings and interior items were dusty. Knives and forks we found dirty in the dishwasher machine. And the biggest surprise, is used contact lenses on the bedside table 🤯🤯🤯. There were a few issues during the stay and the host showed poor organization in solving problems. The apartment comes with a parking slot, where access is limited by parking barrier. I received a remote control only after one week, all this time I couldn't use my car when needed, as the barrier was closed at times. The cold water pressure in the kitchen was weak. And when I got a massage "Tomorrow you will get remote control for the parking barrier" or "Today the handyman will come to check the water pressure issue" nothing happens. For the 3 weeks of stay, the problem with water has not been eliminated. One thing they do fast – organized cleaning of the air conditioner, which was heavily clogged with dust and no blowing properly (and of course bad for health). In general, the apartment is not bad, but need to do an overall cleaning and replace the management company, that rents the apartment.

    Ljubazne devojke iz agencije.

    What could be improved: Stan se izdaje preko agencije i samim tim kvalitet usluge nije na nivou na kome bi trebao da bude, nije domacinski. Iako ima svu tehniku i potrebnu opremu npr.nedopustivo je da u stanu nema sapuna, toalet papira, tecnosti za sudove… ne postoji nista gde bi mogali da se okace peskiri i kupaci za susenje osim polomljene i zardjale susilice koja zamalo nije pala sa 5.sprata… To ostavlja los utisak, jer cena nije mala, ali sve u svemu kada bi se neko potrudio oko tih detalja stan je ok.
    I jos jedna stvar koja se tice higijene generalno u Crnoj Gori, iako je to zakonski minimum, ali ciscenje privatnih smestaja na 7 dana je PREMALO!
