Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Nature Escape Infinity Pool and Amazing Sea View,” I rolled my eyes a bit. Sounds like every other Airbnb listing, right? But this little place on Mediteranska street actually delivers on what it promises, which is honestly refreshing in Budva.

The location is what really got me. You’re tucked away in Komosevina, which means you’re not dealing with the chaos of Budva’s old town (though you can walk there in about 15 minutes if you’re feeling social). The Altezza building sits up on this slight rise, so when they say sea view, they mean it – you can actually see over the rooftops and construction cranes to the water. The infinity pool is small, sure, but it’s perfectly positioned to make you feel like you’re floating above the Adriatic. I spent way too many mornings there with coffee, watching the ferries head out to sea.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets, especially compared to the hotel strip closer to town. The apartment itself has that modern-but-not-trying-too-hard vibe – clean lines, decent Wi-Fi (important for me), and a kitchen that’s actually functional if you want to hit the local market. The air conditioning works well, which you’ll need in summer, and the shower has proper water pressure. Small things, but they matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. The building’s pretty new, so everything feels fresh without being sterile. Parking can be a bit tight – there’s space, but if you’re driving one of those massive SUVs, you might want to double-check with them first.

The walk into Budva proper takes you down through some residential streets where you’ll see actual Montenegrins going about their day, not just tourists in swimwear. There’s a decent bakery about halfway down if you’re into fresh burek for breakfast. The beach access is straightforward once you know the route – head toward the main coastal road and you’ve got several options, from the busy spots with beach bars to quieter stretches if you walk a bit further.

You know what struck me most? The whole place just feels… manageable. It’s got a 9.2 rating for good reason – they’re clearly paying attention to details without making a big show of it. The staff actually responds to messages quickly, the place is spotless, and that pool really does make you feel like you’re somewhere special. It’s not luxury in the marble-and-gold sense, but it’s the kind of comfortable that makes you want to extend your stay. Perfect for couples or anyone who wants to experience Budva without being right in the thick of the tourist madness every single moment.

  The view is fabulous. Apartment was very nice furnished, wifi was working perfectly – also outside close to the pool. Kitchen was very well furnished as well, we didnt miss anything. You have to count that for the view u have to climb up to the hill and the way it’s a bit tricky also by car.
  
  What could be improved: Double beds had only one huge sheet and we prefer to have two single but there were extra sheets/ blankets, so we find the way. It might not be a problem for most of the people.

  It was a lovely property very clean and nice pool and Anjuta could not have been more helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately a new block of apartments was being built right next door and blocks the view of one window. Also it really isn’t an easy walk to/from the town or beach.
