Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the name “New Chill and Go Apartments” – it sounds like something you’d find in a budget travel guide, you know? But this place completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this really thoughtful design that feels more like a boutique hotel than your typical apartment-style accommodation. I mean, whoever did the interior design actually gets it – it’s modern without being cold, and there are these little touches like locally-sourced artwork and plants that don’t look like they’re dying (which, let’s be honest, is rare).

What really sold me on this place was how it strikes that perfect balance between hotel service and apartment freedom. You get proper daily housekeeping if you want it, but you also have a full kitchen that’s actually equipped with decent cookware – not those sad, scratched pans you usually find. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work for you rather than just checking boxes. When I mentioned I was working remotely, they didn’t just point to the lobby wifi; they actually showed me the quieter spots with the best connection and even had extension cords ready. It’s those small things that show they’ve thought about how people actually use these spaces.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, and I love that they’ve managed to soundproof things properly – you’re not hearing every conversation from the hallway or the person above you dragging furniture around at midnight. The beds are legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have that rainfall shower head situation that actually has good water pressure. Storage space is generous too, which matters if you’re staying more than just a weekend. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the air conditioning can be a bit aggressive when you first turn it on, but once you figure out the settings, it’s perfect.

What really impressed me was the attention to practical details that most places overlook. There are plenty of outlets near the bed, the curtains actually block out light for proper sleep, and the kitchen has basics like olive oil and coffee filters already there. You can tell they’ve had feedback from actual travelers because everything just… works the way it should. With that 9.3 rating, they’re clearly doing something right, and after staying here, I totally get why people keep coming back.

Early hotels booking in Budva requires advance planning during peak summer seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beaches and vibrant nightlife.

  Very nice apartment with elevator and ptivate parking. It has big room with comfy bed. Spacious living area with comfy sofa bed. Staffs are super friendy and very helpful. Stunning view from balcony. Well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed.

  The apartment was spacious and luxurious, equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher, hair dryer, and washing machine. The rooms and living space were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The pool was exceptionally clean, with warm water. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Garage was available for all guests without any additional charges. The location was a bit far, but there are plenty of stores nearby, and it's only a 5-minute taxi ride to the old town(Terea taxi Budva, the cheapest and the best one)
  
  What could be improved: While the apartment was generally well-appointed, the terraces were disappointing— it was dirty, and the glass fence looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Additionally, the entire apartment was a bit dusty. One of the terraces had a view of the cemetery, but that was fine since it was visible in the booking images if you looked closely, so no surprise there—just a heads-up.

  The apartment is very big and clean, beds are comfortable and there is a great pool of the building (although small but was perfect for us) also they have parking which is super important

  The location was quite a long walk from the seafront and old town but because we had a car and wonderful safe underground parking at the hotel, that did not matter. The location was great for traveling to Kotor, Cetinje and all other locations in the Montenegro coastal area. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were pleasant. The bathroom and kitchen were cleaned , towels and bedlinen changed daily.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen was not fully equipped for proper cooking (no frying spatula, cooking spoons or sharp knives for cutting salad), and the saucepans and frying pans that were in the cupboards were very old damaged and greasy! Although the cleaner came in every day, she didn't clean the floors in the kitchen and lounge area, and they got dirty because we cooked and ate in the apartment There was no broom or dustpan in the flat or the hallway, so we couldn't sweep up ourselves. Also there were no reading lights on the bedside table and no switch to turn off bedroom lights by the bed, so if I wanted to read in bed, I had to get up and walk to the switch by the door to turn off the lights and if you want to get up in the night, you need to walk carefully in the dark to the light switch. This situation was inconvenient, even dangerous and surprising considering the otherwise high level of the hotel. I informed the reception staff on the first morning of our stay, they listened kindly but nothing happened in practice. Only when I repeated my comment towards the end of our stay, did one of the staff bring me a reading lamp and a new frying from her own room in what seemed as a sort of favor!

  The apartment was very spacious. Well equipped and had ACs.
  They had an elevator which is great since majority of our bookings didn’t have it. Parking was available on site.
  
  What could be improved: You definitely need a car to get around the area as the slopes outside the apartment are a bit steep for older people to commute. There generally a lot of traffic in Budva and public parking is an issue.

  Really nice and friendly staff. They was able to quickly provide us with a better room with a proper sea view instead of ground floor "sea view". Cleaning service is offered every other day. Good spacious 2 parking garages in the building itself. Small, but nice pool. Nice view of the sea (from top floors).
  
  What could be improved: No "no smoking" policy on premises, basically, tobacco scent is everywhere, even towels are soaked in tobacco smoke, and AC is blowing tobacco scent around. Broken furniture, like transformer couch was barely getting up and down. Kitchenware (pots, pans) are in a really bad shape, dangerous to use (coating going off). Heavy furniture in every room (table, chair) and people around tend to move it like 4am in the morning. Floors and under-couch area needs to be vacuumed more often, very dusty.
