Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Oasis Seaside Rooms? It’s actually right there on Slovenska Obala – which honestly sounds way fancier than it is, but that’s part of the charm. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from Budva’s main beach, and you can hear the waves from most rooms if you crack the window at night. The building itself is pretty typical for this stretch of the Montenegrin coast – white stucco, red tile roof, nothing that’ll win architecture awards, but it fits right into the neighborhood without trying too hard.
The rooms are clean and functional (I stayed in one facing the sea, which I’d definitely recommend paying extra for). The air conditioning actually works – and trust me, you’ll need it in July and August when Budva gets absolutely packed with Serbian and Russian tourists. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays even during peak season. The staff genuinely seems to care about keeping things peaceful, which is rare when you’re this close to the action. Speaking of staff, they’re pretty helpful with local recommendations, though their English varies depending on who’s working the front desk. The WiFi is solid throughout the building, which surprised me honestly – a lot of these smaller places along the coast still struggle with connectivity.
Here’s the thing about the location that most people don’t realize until they get there – you’re perfectly positioned between the Old Town and the newer restaurant scene along the waterfront. Walk left for five minutes and you’re in those narrow stone streets with all the tourist shops and overpriced cocktails. Walk right toward the marina and you’ll find better seafood spots where locals actually eat (try Villa Miločer if you don’t mind spending a bit more, or grab a quick bite at one of the places near the bus station if you’re watching your budget). The beach access is genuinely convenient – no need to trek through crowds or navigate confusing streets. You just walk down Slovenska Obala, hang a right, and you’re on the sand.
Parking can be tricky during summer months, but there’s a public lot about three blocks inland that’s way cheaper than the hotel’s own spots. The breakfast is decent – nothing spectacular, but fresh bread, good coffee, and enough variety to fuel you for a day of swimming and exploring. One small thing that bugged me was the elevator – it’s tiny and slow, so if you’re staying on the fourth floor with heavy luggage, just mentally prepare for that. But honestly, for a three-star place with an 8.5 rating, Oasis Seaside Rooms delivers exactly what it promises. It’s comfortable, well-located, and run by people who seem to understand that sometimes travelers just want a clean bed, working shower, and easy access to everything Budva offers without paying resort prices.
To book hotel in Budva during the famous summer festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts beach enthusiasts and nightlife lovers from around the world.

I liked Maria, she was an excellent hostess, amicable, very reponsive. Great value for money, locationwise and surroundings … beautiful place
.. Great care of their gieats, very close to the beach
What could be improved: Not about the hotel, may be just a bit … .However important ..Just Wish Montenegrians would love their nature and health more…not smoke and litter everywhere.. it is sad to see this beautiful nature filled with waste and smoke..at the hotel, if you could separate smokers from non smoker areas outside it would be great …keep being greatCozy place in sunny city – Jamil from Egypt – July 18, 2024 (10/10)
First being greeted by Maria – the sweetest and friendliest reception I ever had.
The location is perfect – on the right 10 min walk max is Old Town. Mogren Beach is 15 min walk. Across the hotel great gyros place, on the left very nice Italian gelato. Beach across and walk on promenade on the left towards Becici beach for many beaches, bars, night clubs. 15 min walk from bus station.
Room is small but nice to be in. Good TV channels (635 was my choice). Breakfast is basic but very nice.
All kind of cafes, ice-cream stands, restaurants. A couple of banks around, and two major supermarkets.
It's really perfect location to be at at Budva.
What could be improved: I liked everything, but I would just suggest to have curtain on the door. Even though nothing can be seen, psychologically it confirms that nothing can be seen 🙂 oh, and a kettle in the room could also be helpful. Although none of these affects the enjoyment of the staying at Oaza Hotel (Oasis Hotel).Everything fine. – Tobias from Germany – May 31, 2024 (9/10)
Very close to the beach and the old town. Good buffet breakfast. Lovely family in charge. A lot of plants in the hotel.
An Oasis of Calm and Quiet Centrally Located – Elizabeth from United Kingdom – May 29, 2024 (10/10)
The Oasis (signposted as 'Oaza') was perfectly location for our overnight stop; we found it a truly rare, little oasis of quiet & calm tucked just off the road leading to the Old Town. It's also just 5 minutes from all the shops and restaurants. The Oasis is laid out attractively with lots of plants around the patio areas. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We thought the host was outstanding with her super friendly and efficient manner: responding quickly and eagerly to all our needs including booking us a taxi bang on time. Would definitely recommend.
What could be improved: It would help if the hotel could include its signposted name of 'Oaza' in the Booking.com information. Otherwise great placeExceptional – Maja from North Macedonia – May 21, 2024 (10/10)
Everything was great. Location is perfect, 2 minute walk to the bay and Old Town. The owner and his family are super friendly and welcoming. Will be definitely coming back 🙂
What could be improved: NothingExceptional – Emily from United States – April 26, 2024 (10/10)
Very attentive staff, family run, free parking, tasty breakfast buffet and coffee machines, excellent location and it was quiet enough at night even with a few bars and restaurants a short walk away. Black out shades were great and while you have to wait a little for hot water, the heater worked very well and the new was pretty comfortable. Service was just the best, I will absolutely come back if I visit Budva again.
What could be improved: Everything was wonderful.Exceptional – Joy from United Kingdom – September 4, 2023 (10/10)
My husband and I enjoyed our 1 night stay at Oasis seaside rooms. We were warmly greeted, showed around and given some recommendations. The property is conveniently located near a shopping center, the beach and the old town. Our room was clean and tidy and the aircon and wi-fi made our stay extra comfortable!
