It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to impress you with flashy lobbies or over-the-top amenities, but somehow leaves you feeling like you got way more than you paid for. I mean, when you see it’s a 3-star hotel, you might walk in with pretty modest expectations – but that 9.2 rating isn’t just random numbers on a screen.

The first thing I noticed (and honestly, this might sound weird) was how quiet everything felt once you stepped inside. Not dead-silent quiet, but that comfortable kind where you’re not hearing every conversation in the hallway or worrying about paper-thin walls. The rooms have this understated elegance – clean lines, decent space to actually unpack your stuff, and beds that are legitimately comfortable, not just adequate. The bathroom situation is solid too, with proper water pressure and those little touches like having enough counter space for your toiletries without everything sliding into the sink. What really impressed me was the attention to maintenance – you know how some places look good in photos but then you notice the peeling paint or loose fixtures? Not here. Everything feels properly taken care of, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to relax.

But here’s what really sets Olimp Lux II apart from other hotels in this category – the staff actually seems to care about whether you have a good stay. Check-in was smooth (no standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation”), and when I had questions about getting around the area, they gave me the kind of local insights you usually only get from friends who live there. The breakfast spread isn’t going to blow your mind, but it’s fresh, there’s enough variety to keep you happy, and they keep everything stocked even during busy periods. I stayed during what seemed like a pretty full week, and the common areas never felt crowded or chaotic. The whole place just runs well, you know? It’s the kind of hotel where you’re not constantly thinking about the hotel itself – which, in my experience, is exactly what you want. You’re there to explore or relax or do whatever brought you to town, and Olimp Lux II just quietly takes care of the basics so well that you can focus on that instead of dealing with accommodation headaches.

  Everything was very good. The owners of the apartment are a family. They live close to the apartment. If you need something, you can tell them on Whatsapp and they will come and solve it quickly. These people are very good people. Their apartments are very clean, well maintained and have all the everything!These apartments are very close to the sea and the Old City. And there is a big market nearby! We were very satisfied!

  The studio apartment is new, well-maintained and clean with many closets, the balcony has a nice view of the sea and the city.The location is very close to the center,sea and the old town. Big supermarket,Mega is nearby.Internet is strong.The air conditioning works well, the double bed is comfortable, the kitchen is sufficient, it is good to have channels like YouTube on the TV. Price is reasonable,payment in cash.

  What could be improved: Olimp lux II studio is on a narrow street “Ulica Bokeljske Brigade“ ,not visible on Google Maps.Google brings you to the next street.
  There should be a body towel hanger in the bathroom and a shower head hanger.A shampoo holder in the shower cabin is necessary.The sliding glass door of the shower cabin needs to be adjusted.

  Perfect location, nearby there are hiper market, open market, Cafe, restaurant, bakery, bus stop if you wanna go to Sv. Stefan or Petrovac. Seaside is also nearby, old town/castle is few minutes on foot. Owners are great, see you next time I visit Budva ♥️💫

  Very clean, modern, nice view from balcony, small apartment but very big space with everything you need! City centre literally 2min from it.
