You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from Olimp lux III when I first pulled up – the name sounds a bit grand for what looks like a pretty straightforward three-star place. But honestly, sometimes those are the spots that surprise you the most. The lobby’s got this sort of retro charm going on, like someone’s aunt decorated it in the early 2000s and just kept it really, really clean. Check-in was smooth enough, though the front desk staff seems to rotate between being chatty and all-business depending on the time of day.

Here’s the thing about this place – it’s one of those hotels that just works. The rooms are actually bigger than you’d expect for a three-star, and I mean that eight-point-oh rating makes sense once you settle in. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms are updated enough that you’re not dealing with any weird plumbing situations. The air conditioning runs a little loud, but it cools things down fast, which you’ll appreciate if you’re visiting during the warmer months. What really got me was the attention to small details – fresh towels every day without having to ask, decent water pressure, and the WiFi actually reaches every corner of the room. The breakfast spread isn’t going to blow your mind, but there’s solid variety and the coffee’s better than hotel coffee has any right to be.

The location’s pretty smart too, though you’ll want to ask about parking when you book since street spots can be tricky depending on the season. It’s positioned well enough that you’re not stuck in tourist chaos, but you’re also not hiking twenty minutes just to find a decent restaurant. I noticed the neighborhood gets genuinely quiet after about ten PM, which is perfect if you’re the type who needs actual sleep on vacation. The staff seems to know the area really well – they steered me toward this little local place for dinner that I never would’ve found on my own. Look, it’s not luxury by any stretch, but Olimp lux III delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Spacious apartment in center of Budva. Equipped with necessary amenities, for short of longer stay. Suitable for couples or families. Very hospitable hosts, ready to help and easy to agree.

  İlk defa Budva' geldik eşimle beraber. Ev mükemmel konumda. Ev denize 100 metre, tarihi eski şehire 250 metre. Caddeye çıkınca market var. Budva'nın en büyük sorunu otopark. Ev otopark ve sebze pazarına 250 metre. Her ne kadar bina dışarıdan eski olarak görünse de, dairenin içi oldukça lüks ve her türlü eşya var. Sahibi Budva' ya sonradan yerleşen bir Rus kadın ve çok kaliteli bir insan. Karadağ'da araç kiralayarak gezdik ve 5 defa ev kiraladık. En güzel konumda olan ev burasıydı. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha gelirsek, kesinlikle burada kalacağız.

  Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Sehr sauberes, großes Apartment und es ist schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und es ist sehr geräumig. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine da, eine große Küchenzeile und alles wirkt neu. Ein toller Balkon ist auch dabei. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, in der Nähe ist das Plaza, paar Meter entfernt ist der Strand, die Altstadt, Supermarkt, Restaurants und das beste Eis bei Goddo, ist auch nicht weit weg. Wir können es sehr empfehlen 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Im Hausgang ist kein Licht, da mussten wir immer mit dem Handy leuchten. Das Gebäude wirkt etwas Ghetto mäßig

  Per un problema di prenotazioni il proprietario si è subito premurato di trovare un altro alloggio di pari se non superiore qualità. Lui molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento trovato in sostituzione era in una palazzina nuova, molto spazioso e pulito. La posizione abbastanza buona, a metà strada tra il centro storico ed il centro moderno. Palazzina con ascensore.
