Palm Street apartment is maybe a three-minute stroll to Dukley beach, which honestly might be the best-kept secret in Budva since most tourists are fighting for space at the main beaches.

The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that you don’t get at those sterile hotel chains. I’m talking about a kitchen where you can actually cook (the local market on Mediteranska is perfect for grabbing fresh fish and vegetables), decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and – this matters more than you’d think – proper curtains that actually block out the morning sun when you want to sleep in. The 3-star rating might seem modest, but honestly, it’s got everything you need without the pretentious extras you’d never use anyway. The owner clearly knows what travelers actually want because there are adapters already plugged in, extra towels without asking, and the shower has proper water pressure. Small things, but you appreciate them after a long day exploring the Old Town or hiking up to the fortress.

What really sets this spot apart is the neighborhood vibe. You’re close enough to walk to Budva’s main action – the Old Town is maybe fifteen minutes on foot along the coastal path – but far enough that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowd stumbling around at 3 AM. Dukley Marina is right there, so you can grab coffee and watch the yachts in the morning, or there’s this little bakery about five minutes away (I can’t remember the exact name, but it’s the one with the blue awning) where the burek is ridiculously good. The beach access is the real winner though – Dukley isn’t packed like Slovenska or Mogren beaches, and the water’s just as clear. You can rent kayaks right there or just claim a spot on the pebbles without elbowing through crowds. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season – I’d suggest asking the owner about spots beforehand – but September through May it’s pretty manageable. The whole area gets this golden light in the evenings that makes you understand why Montenegro’s coast is finally getting the recognition it deserves, without the prices of Croatia or Italy yet.

  Апартаменти чисті,просторі,ранній заїзд-будь ласка,пізній виїзд-зберігають речі. На момент заїзду виявилось,що не працює електрочайник, то наступного ранку хазяїн приніс новий.Дуже сподобалося,що не було жодних проблем з гарячою водою,усім вистачало помитись.До моря 5 -7 хвилин.Цілком достатньо кухонного посуду на сімʼю.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrija's apartment in Budva! This place is a hidden gem that comfortably accommodated our family of 4 adults and 1 child with plenty of space to relax.
  
  The Host: Andrija is genuinely one of the most friendly and helpful hosts we've ever encountered. He was incredibly responsive, provided excellent local recommendations, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality made our vacation even more special.
  
  Unbeatable Location: The location couldn't be better! We were just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach – perfect for morning swims and evening strolls. Having supermarkets literally 1 minute away made grocery shopping so convenient, and the kids loved that tennis and football courts were only 3 minutes walk away.
  
  The Space: The apartment is wonderfully designed with 2 enclosed terraces that function as additional rooms, giving everyone privacy and comfort.
  
  Peaceful Atmosphere: Despite being so close to everything, the area is remarkably peaceful and quiet. We slept wonderfully every night and could truly relax during our stay.
  
  This apartment offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and tranquility. We'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Budva!
