Look, I’ll be honest β when I first pulled up to Panorama Apartments on Pancevacka Street, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the unassuming spots end up surprising you the most. This little gem sits just far enough from Budva’s main tourist chaos that you can actually hear yourself think, but close enough that you’re not stuck taking expensive taxis everywhere.
The thing about staying here is that you get this perfect balance of being a real person in Montenegro, not just another tourist getting shuttled around. Pancevacka runs parallel to the coastal road, so you’re maybe a 12-minute walk to the Old Town β and I mean an actual pleasant walk, not some grueling uphill trek in the summer heat. The apartments themselves are honestly better than what you’d expect for the price point. Clean, functional, with those little touches that show someone actually cares about the place. The owners clearly know what travelers need β proper shower pressure (trust me, this matters after a day at the beach), decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and kitchenettes that are actually usable if you want to grab some of those amazing local tomatoes from the market and make a simple dinner.
What I really appreciate is how the staff treats you like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than being processed through some hotel machine. They’ll actually tell you where locals go for dinner instead of just pointing you toward the touristy spots near Slovenska Plaza. The building gets this nice cross-breeze in the evenings β something about how it’s positioned β so you can open the windows and let the Mediterranean air flow through instead of cranking the AC all night. And honestly, the 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just… works. The parking situation is way better than most places in Budva (which, if you’ve ever tried to park near the Old Town in July, you’ll understand is basically a miracle). You’re also perfectly positioned to explore beyond just Budva β Sveti Stefan is a quick drive south, and if you want to venture inland to places like Kotor, you’re not fighting your way out of the crowded coastal strip first. I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but sometimes what you really want is a place that feels like home base while you’re out exploring, not another sterile hotel room that could be anywhere in the world.

Exceptional Lovely lady. We parked outside the property. We stayed at room 7. The view from the balcony was outstanding π π. Not a long walk to the beach ποΈ but extremely busy π. The old town is spectacular π π especially at night. The grill restaurant is fantastic food. For 3 of us we paid 26 euro for large meals and drinks! So cheap π― and is so near the apartment.
Exceptional Thanks to Mira and her mother for their hospitality.
We were able to check-in late and also were provided with instructions of how to get to the property.
The seaside is 5 min walking distance.
The view is amazing, the whole city and sea. Lovely balcony.
The kitchen covers all the needs and the bathroom does always have warm water.
Perfect location. A bit noisy at night because the beach bars with disco are nearby but not a problem.
Good place Nice place close to the beach. Everything is close and a good view.
What could be improved: -

Exceptional Amazing view, very nice host, shops and everything very close, beach very close. We had an amazing time here.
Wonderful Mira was so welcoming and friendly. She was very responsive in answering any questions I had before our stay and whilst we there. She arranged our taxi transfer from Tivat airport to the apartment.
We particularly enjoyed the benefit of the large balcony and beautiful views of the sea and town.
Great location with a supermarket, bakery and coffee shop a few minutes walk away and overall within easy walking distance of Budva old town and other attractions.
beyond my expectation. View is fairly amazing, you can see the sea and also the whole village through the balcony.
The balcony has enough room for us to have breakfast and sit there watching sunset.
Hosts were friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: Location on the halfway on the mountain.
Will need to climb some stairs , so not that convenient if you have too much luggage.
A little bit far away from the old town but still in walking distance.
Would be better if there are more sockets in the room.
