Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Budva apartments, and this place on Slovenska Obala actually lives up to its name – which, honestly, is pretty rare. When they say panoramic sea view, they mean it. You’re on the 11th floor, so you’re literally looking out over the entire Adriatic stretch from your morning coffee spot. I mean, the sunrises here are something else entirely.

The apartment itself feels more spacious than most three-bedrooms you’ll find crammed into Budva’s old town area. You know what I appreciated? The fact that it’s actually 50 meters from the sea – not some exaggerated “seaside location” that turns out to be a 15-minute walk through winding streets. You can hear the waves when the windows are open, but it’s not overwhelming like some of those ground-floor places where you get every beach conversation at full volume. The building’s modern, which in Montenegro means you’ll have reliable elevators and decent water pressure (trust me on this one). Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak summer months, but there’s usually street parking available if you’re willing to walk a block or two.

Three bedrooms work really well for families or groups – the master has that killer view, obviously, but even the other rooms get decent light and aren’t cramped. The kitchen’s equipped enough that you can actually cook instead of eating out every meal, which your wallet will appreciate since Budva restaurants add up fast. What really sold me was the location though – you’re close enough to walk to the old town when you want that medieval fortress vibe and all the nightlife, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the crowds and noise when you just want to chill. The Mogren beaches are basically right there, and they’re honestly some of the best spots along this coast if you can snag a good spot early in the day. The whole setup just works – you get that proper Montenegrin coastal experience without feeling like you’re staying in a tourist trap.
