You know what struck me first about Plaza Apartment? It’s tucked away on this quiet stretch of Cetinjska Street where you actually feel like you’re staying in a real Budva neighborhood, not some tourist bubble. I mean, don’t get me wrong – you’re still just a few minutes’ walk from all the beach madness, but when you turn onto this street, there’s this immediate sense of calm. The building itself has that Mediterranean charm without trying too hard, and honestly, the fact that it’s rated so highly isn’t just marketing fluff – people genuinely seem to love this place.

The location is what really makes it work, though. You’re close enough to hear the occasional late-night revelers heading back from the Old Town (maybe pack some earplugs if you’re a super light sleeper), but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant bass thumping from the beach clubs. There’s this little bakery just around the corner that locals actually use – I watched the same elderly woman buy her morning bread there three days in a row – and the walk to Slovenska Beach takes maybe seven minutes if you’re not rushing. What I appreciated was having actual grocery stores nearby instead of just overpriced tourist shops. You can grab real food, decent wine, all that practical stuff without feeling like you’re getting ripped off.

The apartment setup works well for people who want more than just a hotel room but don’t need luxury resort amenities. It’s got that lived-in feeling where everything actually functions – the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, the hot water pressure is solid, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The building’s pretty quiet during the day since most people are out exploring, but evenings have this nice buzz when everyone’s coming and going. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer months (aren’t we all shocked?), but the hosts seem to know the neighborhood well enough to point you toward spots that actually work. I’d definitely recommend this if you want to experience Budva more like a temporary local than a tourist just passing through – it’s got that sweet spot of being comfortable and authentic without breaking your budget.

  Extremely pleasant accommodation! The location is truly excellent – everything is within easy reach, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. We felt right at home. A solid 10 for cleanliness! Definitely a place we’d love to return to.

  Відпочинок в апартаментах Плаза дуже сподобався. Чисто, є уся необхідна побутова техніка, кондиціонери в обох кімнатах. Господарі гостинно зустріли, були постійно на зв'язку, давали поради, відповідали на наші запитання, цікавилися, чи все у нас добре. Рекомендуємо апартаменти для відпочинку. Затишне місце недалеко від моря.

  Ev sahipleri bizi kapıda karşıladı ve çok yardımcı oldular. Çok nazik, nezih insanlardı. Ev içerisinde eksik bir şey görmedim. Kendi evimde dahi olmayan bir çok malzemeyi apart bir eve koymaları çok takdir edilir bir şey.
  
  What could be improved: Normalde çok eleştirel biri olmama rağmen bu evde eleştirecek en ufak bir şey bulamadım. 🙂

  Terasa je jednostavno spektakularna – pogled na more i ostrvo Sveti Nikola oduzima dah, posebno ujutru i pred zalazak sunca. Apartman je besprekorno čist, moderno uređen i maksimalno udoban – idealan za pravi odmor i uživanje.
  
  Sve je bilo savršeno – od komunikacije sa domaćinom do detalja u stanu koji čine razliku.
  
  Ako tražite mir, komfor i ambijent koji spaja prirodu i luksuz, ovo je pravo mesto u Budvi. Rado bismo se vratili!

  Прекрасная квартира. Очень удобная локация, с видом на море. Мы были втроем, но 4 человека могут смело разместиться. Все очень чисто и уютно. Есть отличная терраса. Рядом есть кафе, магазины и базар. Обязательно вернемся еще раз. Черногория и особенно Будва – это любовь. Спасибо ❤️

  Проживание было отличным! Апартаменты очень чистые, уютные и полностью соответствуют фотографиям. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и гостеприимные, всегда быстро отвечали на все наши вопросы. Расположение отличное — тихое место, но рядом есть всё необходимое. Мы обязательно вернёмся и рекомендуем всем!
  
  Особенно нам понравилось пить утренний кофе на террасе с прекрасным видом. Спасибо за всё!
