Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Budva, and Premier LUX apartment honestly surprised me in ways I wasn’t expecting. The address – 53 Mediteranska – might not mean much if you’re planning from home, but once you’re there, you’ll realize you’ve landed in this perfect sweet spot that’s neither too touristy nor too far from everything that matters.

The thing about this place is that it feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just how they vacation for a week. I mean, the apartment setup gives you space to breathe – you know that cramped hotel room feeling where you’re practically sleeping on top of your suitcase? Yeah, none of that here. The kitchen isn’t just for show either; I actually used it, which says something because I’m usually too lazy to cook when I’m traveling. The whole space has this lived-in quality that’s comfortable without being worn down, if that makes sense. And honestly, for a 4-star place, the attention to smaller details impressed me – good water pressure (trust me, this matters more than you think), decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and windows that actually block out sound when you need to sleep.

What really won me over, though, was the location’s rhythm. Mediteranska street has this interesting dual personality – during the day it’s quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think, but you’re still just a short walk from Budva’s old town and that whole waterfront scene. The beach crowds thin out by the time you’re heading back in the evening, so you get these nice peaceful moments on the balcony. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which anyone who’s driven around Budva in summer will tell you is basically a minor miracle. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you add it all up – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Montenegro, but it delivers on the stuff that actually affects your day-to-day experience. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend more than just a few nights. Sometimes you find places that feel like a discovery rather than just another booking, and this was one of those.

  A very nice, comfortable and clean apartment with an amazing view of the bay. Centrally located within easy walking distance of the citadel. The owner was very friendly, easy to contact and was really quick to sort out a minor issue. If your going to Budva this is a great place to stay.

  The apartment is spacious with an incredible view. There is a decent sized kitchen, living room with smart TV and a huge balcony, as well as two bathrooms and three bedrooms in total, all of which have balcony access alongside the living room. Every room was spotless. The location is brilliant, extremely close to the promenade/beach and only a short walk to the old town. There is a supermarket right outside and (paid) parking underground in the same building. The host is very friendly and helpful.

  The location was perfect and so was the size of the apartment. The balcony view was amazing!
  
  What could be improved: The bathrooms were kind of "falling apart" even though they looked quite newly renovated and the deep clean cleanliness level could have been better. Also found it a little weird that there weren't as many pieces of cutlery, plates, bowls etc for the amount of persons that the apartment accommodates.

  We loved the size, the location was prime, beautiful view, air conditioning and tv worked great. Everything was wonderful.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue we had was the bathroom drains for the showers (mainly the smaller one) wasn’t draining at all, but that would be our only issue and it’s an easy fix! There really wasn’t anything not to like, it was beautiful.

  Super sentral beliggenhet, med kort vei å gå til strand, restauranter, butikker og gamle byen. Utleier er lett å kommunisere med, og han var også behjelpelig i forbindelse med leiebil.
