So I stumbled across Prestige Central apartments in Rafailovici during what was supposed to be a quick weekend in Montenegro, and honestly? It turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises you don’t see coming. The name sounds a bit fancy for what’s essentially a solid 3-star spot, but don’t let that fool you – this place gets the basics really, really right. You know what I mean? Sometimes you just want clean, comfortable, and functional without all the fuss, and that’s exactly what you get here.

The apartment setup is actually pretty clever – you’ve got proper kitchen facilities (not just a sad mini-fridge and kettle situation), which is perfect if you’re like me and get tired of eating out every single meal. I mean, the local restaurants in Rafailovici are fantastic, but your wallet will thank you for cooking breakfast at least. The rooms feel lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense. There’s this relaxed, almost residential vibe that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re crashing at a friend’s place for the week. The 8.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but everything works properly and the staff actually seems to care about whether you’re comfortable.

What really sold me on the location (and this is something you won’t figure out until you’re actually walking around) is how it sits right in that sweet spot between the beach crowd and the quieter residential streets. You’re close enough to hear the gentle buzz from the waterfront cafes during the day, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. Rafailovici itself is this charming little stretch along the coast – smaller and way less chaotic than neighboring Budva, but still with enough going on that you won’t get bored. The pebble beaches are just a few minutes’ walk, and honestly, once you get used to the stones instead of sand, it’s actually quite nice. Less mess, cleaner water, and your feet don’t feel like sandpaper afterward. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak season – I’d recommend asking the staff for specific advice when you check in because the local parking situation has its own mysterious logic that takes a while to decode. But overall, this is the kind of place where you arrive planning to stay three nights and end up wishing you’d booked five.

Owner says that the pool is not finished yet so I don’t know why they put it into the description like they have it, also it was very dirty under the couch when we try to open it into a bad

  What could be improved: There were no electricity on the second day more than 12 hours (from 12am to next day 5am) and at 5am we checked out.

  This place was not clean at all. Only one Roll Of toilet paper in the bathroom. No cleaning equipments available. Spider webs many places in the apartment. There was spots on the floor different places specially around the bed. The towels were too small and not enough for 3 ppl.
  
  No Sound isolation , we could hear very loud noise from outside.

  Izvanredna lokacija. Apartman je bio čist, uredan sa svim elementima u njemu. Internet, tv kuhinja sve je funkcionisalo besprijekorno. Izvanredno mjesto za odmor i ljetovanje.
