Hotel Description
You know what? I almost walked right past Radenović when I was hunting for it on Praška Street – it’s tucked into this residential block that honestly feels more like staying at your Montenegrin friend’s place than a typical hotel. And maybe that’s exactly the point.
The thing about this spot is location, location, location (I mean, everyone says that, but hear me out). You’re literally a five-minute walk from Budva’s Old Town, but you’re far enough from the main drag that you won’t have drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM singing off-key karaoke. Praška Street is one of those quiet side streets where locals actually live – you’ll see grandmothers hanging laundry and kids kicking footballs around in the evening. It’s real Montenegro, not the Instagram version. When I stayed there in July, I could walk to Slovenska Beach in about eight minutes, or hit the bustling Njegoševa Street for dinner without dealing with the crazy crowds right in the thick of things.
The rooms themselves are exactly what you’d expect from a solid 3-star place – clean, comfortable, nothing fancy but everything works. What surprised me was how quiet it actually gets at night. I’m someone who usually travels with earplugs, but I didn’t need them here. The air conditioning works well (crucial during those sweltering Adriatic summers), and honestly, the Wi-Fi was better than some 5-star places I’ve stayed. The owner – I’m assuming it was Mr. Radenović himself – was around during check-in and gave me this whole rundown of where to get the best ćevapi in town (spoiler: he was absolutely right). There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels family-run rather than corporate, you know? Sure, you won’t get turndown service or a marble bathroom, but you will get someone who actually cares whether you’re having a good time in their city.
Here’s the practical stuff that actually matters: parking can be a bit tricky since it’s a residential area, but there are spots if you’re patient – or you can park near the bus station and walk. The building itself is typical Balkan architecture, so if you’re on a higher floor, pack light or embrace the arm workout. But honestly, for the price point and that killer rating, you’re getting way more value than you would closer to the water where they charge resort prices for basic rooms. This place gets booked up pretty solid during peak season, so if you’re planning a summer trip, don’t wait around. It’s the kind of spot where you feel like you discovered something the tour groups haven’t caught onto yet.
Budva’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of Mediterranean charm and modern comfort, with many featuring sea view terraces and traditional Montenegrin hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay here, amazing host, great company, good recommendations. The room was really close to everything I needed, it was clean, tidy and a good size for me. Would easily fit 2 people.
The hosts were amazing, the bed super comfy and the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. – Alison from United Kingdom – July 8, 2024 (10/10)
Our hosts were very welcoming, super friendly and helpful. It would be hard to find nicer people. The accommodation is simple but was great for our needs with a central location, close to the old town, the beach and the bus station. The bed is a large double and the most comfortable I have ever slept in on a holiday. If we ever come back to this beautiful area we would definitely book here again.

Aleksandra and her husband were extremely welcoming and friendly. I loved their little dog Zoey too!
The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Good air con and the washing machine was handy too.
The location was perfect – about 10 mins walk to the promenade, old town and beaches. And there was a nice bakery, coffee shop and craft beer bar a couple of mins walk away.
Very close to bus station.Good value! – Wai from China – June 2, 2024 (9/10)
The location is very convenient to the old town, restaurants, supermarkets. The owner is very very friendly & helpful. The place with parking space is very good for the price.

Location is really good. It is near to center, beach, bus terminal and also hosting is good.
What could be improved: Room, bedlinen and towels are not clean enough.Place to return with no doubt 🙂 – Rodion from Kazakhstan – July 24, 2025 (9/10)

Prijatno mesto – Jovana from Serbia – June 2, 2025 (10/10)
Sve preporuke!!
Exceptional – Anastasiia from Russia – May 20, 2025 (10/10)
What could be improved: Можно улучшить, но не критично: Поставить небольшую плитку для готовки
