Sometimes the best finds are the ones that surprise you, and this spot absolutely delivers on that front. The building itself has this understated charm that grows on you, nothing flashy or trying too hard, just solid and welcoming in a way that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something the tour groups haven’t discovered yet.

What really won me over was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The apartments – and I mean actual apartments, not those cramped hotel rooms masquerading as suites – give you space to breathe and actually live for a few days. I’m talking real kitchens where you can make your morning coffee without wrestling with those awful pod machines, and living areas where you can spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re playing travel Tetris. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there because it’s those little details that add up: decent water pressure (trust me, this matters more than you think), windows that actually open for fresh air, and surprisingly comfortable beds that don’t leave you feeling like you wrestled a mattress all night.

The staff here gets it too – they’re not hovering around trying to upsell you on overpriced tours, but when you need something, they’re genuinely helpful. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi on my second day (because of course I did), and instead of the usual runaround, someone was up to fix it within twenty minutes. That’s the kind of service that doesn’t show up in star ratings but makes all the difference when you’re trying to get work done or video call home. Honestly, the whole vibe is just refreshingly normal – like staying at a friend’s place if that friend happened to be really good at hospitality. Sure, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or a rooftop infinity pool, but what you are getting is a place that feels authentic and comfortable without breaking the bank.   Parking space, 5min with a motorcycle to get down to the city, apartment is spacious, located close to famous nightclub I worked at.

  The outdoor area is very nice and has great views. One day the owner knocked on our door and gave us fresh fruit from their garden which was incredibly nice!
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on a hill next to Budva which means you get great views but you’ll need a car/taxi to get into Budva. Not something negative just something to be aware of.

  Everything was good as new, parking location, the apartment is on a hill far from the noise, close to some beaches and Kotor
  
  What could be improved: Not an issue with the property, but there are no close restaurants or markets nearby that you can reach on foot. You’ll depend on your car if you want to go to Budva since there is no sidewalk on the road. More suitable for Jaz beach or the ones farther away, not Budva due to the chaotic traffic.

  Beautiful place and really friendly family hosts. We loved the gardens and fruit trees. The hosts were very generous and shared some delicious apples with us. The place was very clean.

  As a Slovenian i always found affinity with montenegrins. Everything was smooth and easy. We found all that was needed and even more was there to our pleasant surprise. Everything was reachable easy enough with a car in few minutes. Local driving is pretty crazy and have to get used to but kinda expected it. Not for the easilly stressed out. 😀 Parking on front door was a nice addition too. AC units and other appliances in working order. Plenty of space with a nice bathroom. Comfy beds and great terrace with towel hangers to spare. Quite a few probably stray cats along for some cute company. Great sound isolation for sleeping when nearby party place was full on. All in all a pleasant experience.

  İki aile konakladık. Çocukların oyanaya bileceği kocaman bir bahçesi vardı.Çok sesiz ve güzel bir yerdi. Her anının tadını çıkardık. Ücretsiz otoparkı vardı. Çok güvende hissettik kendimizi.
