Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to REA Apartments on Maslinski put, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones that surprise you, and this little spot absolutely did that.
The thing about this location is that you’re actually in a sweet spot that most tourists miss. Maslinski put isn’t one of those crazy busy streets where you can’t sleep because of late-night revelers stumbling back from the Old Town, but you’re still close enough that a 15-minute walk gets you right into the heart of Budva’s nightlife scene. I mean, during the day you can hear the distant hum of the coast, and there’s something really nice about waking up to that sound instead of honking cars. The apartments themselves – well, they’re not fancy, but they’re clean and honestly better maintained than some 4-star places I’ve stayed at along the Adriatic. What really got me was the attention to small details that you don’t usually see. Like, the shower actually has decent water pressure (if you’ve traveled through the Balkans, you know this isn’t a given), and the kitchenette has everything you’d actually need, not just the bare minimum they throw in to call it an apartment.
The woman who runs the place – I think her name was Milica – actually lives nearby and you can tell she cares about the property. She gave me tips about which local konoba serves the best seafood (spoiler: it’s not the touristy one everyone recommends) and warned me that Thursday nights can get a bit loud because there’s a local bar down the street that does live music. Small stuff like that makes such a difference when you’re trying to feel less like a tourist, you know? Parking was surprisingly easy too, which honestly shocked me because finding a spot in Budva during summer feels impossible sometimes. There’s street parking right there, and while it’s not guaranteed, I never had trouble finding something within a block or two. The 9 rating this place has? Yeah, I get it now. It’s not about marble lobbies or infinity pools – it’s about getting the fundamentals right and making people feel welcome. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the Wi-Fi actually worked consistently, which seems rare in Montenegro sometimes. If you’re looking for a place where you can cook your own breakfast with groceries from the local market, crash comfortably after long days exploring the coast, and not feel like you’re staying in some sterile hotel chain, REA Apartments really delivers on that front.

Tesisin konumu iyiydi. Sessiz bir ortamdi. Çalışanlardan da memnun kaldık. Klima sorununu çözünceye kadar uğraştılar. Çıkışta rahat ettiremediklerini düşünüp ücretin bir kısmını iade ettiler. Kibar ve yardımsever insanlardı.
