You know what struck me first about Redondo Apartments? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street called Mimoza – honestly, I almost walked past it because it doesn’t scream “tourist accommodation” from the outside. But that’s actually part of its charm. While everyone’s fighting for space at those massive resort complexes closer to the Old Town, you’re staying in what feels more like a proper neighborhood.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly well-kept for a 3-star place. I mean, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or anything fancy, but everything works and it’s clean – which, let’s be honest, is sometimes more than you can say for pricier spots in Budva. The kitchenettes are small but functional (perfect for making coffee in the morning or storing those amazing local cheeses you’ll inevitably buy at the market). The air conditioning actually cools the place down, which is crucial during those sweltering July and August nights when the Adriatic breeze just isn’t cutting it. What really sold me was the balcony situation – most units have these little terraces where you can sit with a glass of that local Vranac wine and actually hear yourself think, unlike the party zones near Slovenska Beach where the music goes until 3 AM.

Location-wise, you’re about a 12-minute walk to the Old Town walls, maybe 15 to Mogren Beach if you take the scenic route. The walk isn’t flat – Budva’s built on hills, so there’s definitely some uphill action involved – but it’s totally manageable and honestly nice after you’ve spent the day lounging around. There’s a small grocery store about three minutes away (the locals call it “prodavnica”) where you can grab essentials without paying tourist prices. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season – the street spots fill up fast and you might end up circling the block a few times, but that’s pretty standard for anywhere decent in Budva. The host was really straightforward during check-in, spoke good English, and actually gave useful recommendations instead of just handing over keys and disappearing. Overall, it’s one of those places that punches above its weight class – you’re getting solid value without the tourist trap markup, and you’ll leave feeling like you discovered something the guidebooks missed.

  Smestaj izgleda kao na slikama, ima dosta mesta, postoji kuhinja, spavaca i dnevna soba. Cak dve terase. Dobar tv sa dosta kanala. Odlican prostor za boravak na vise dana. Udobni kreveti. Veliki frizider i zamrzivac. Stvarno svaka preporuka.

  Svidjela nam se lokacija apartmana, pored lokacije imali smo odličnu komunikaciju s vlasnikom apartmana te pored toga svega vlasnik nam je objasnio di je šta u Budvi te nas je vozio da vidimo sve prvi dan kada smo stigli, oko apartmana ima puno trgovinana,parkova,pekara i restorana. Apartman je bio čist i uredan prilikom dolaska a pored toga svega osjećali smo se kao da smo kod kuće, svaka preporuka za apartman

  Всего было достаточно, чисто, комфортно и уютно. Тихий и спокойный район. Магазины и пекарни с вкусной выпечкой в шаговой доступности

  What could be improved: хозяин живет на этаж выше от вас,чайника и постельного белья не было, все это нам приносили и оставляли под дверью без предупреждения. прислали за день до выселение сообщение что выселение в 10 утра в итоге до 2х часов к нам никто не приходил

  What could be improved: Kada smo dan prije dolaska pozvali da pitamo za check in vlasnik je rekao da ne može da nas primi jer je već izdao sve apartmane. Tako da smo ispaljeni za smještaj iako smo rezervisali mjesec dana unaprijed i imali potvrdu rezervacije. Srećom, divni ljudi iz agencije koja sarađuje sa njima su nam izašli u susret i našli alternativni smještaj.
