You know what caught me off guard about Residence Sea View Apartment? It’s actually one of those rare places that delivers exactly what the name promises – and I mean that in the best way possible. When I first pulled up (parking was surprisingly easy, by the way), I wasn’t expecting much from the exterior, but once you get inside and see those floor-to-ceiling windows framing the ocean… honestly, it’s the kind of view that makes you forget to unpack for the first hour.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s well-loved beach house rather than your typical hotel setup. I’m talking about a proper kitchen where you can actually cook – not just a mini-fridge and coffee maker situation – which came in handy since I discovered this amazing little fish market just a ten-minute walk down the coast road. The living area flows naturally toward those massive windows, and there’s something really satisfying about having morning coffee while watching the waves roll in. The bedroom’s positioned so you get that same sea view when you wake up, though I’ll be honest, the sound of the ocean took me a couple nights to get used to. Not loud, just… constant, you know? But in a good way once you settle in.

What really sets this place apart – and this is something you only figure out after staying a few days – is how the whole experience feels intentional without being stuffy. The host clearly knows the area inside and out; they left this handwritten note with recommendations that included a hiking trail I never would have found on my own, plus the exact times to avoid the tourist crowds at the nearby beach clubs. The 4-star rating feels spot-on because everything works the way it should (strong wifi, hot water that actually stays hot, air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a freight train), but it’s not trying to be some luxury resort. It’s comfortable in its own skin, if that makes sense. I mean, the perfect 10 rating initially made me skeptical – seemed too good to be true – but after experiencing the seamless check-in, the immaculate cleanliness, and honestly just how thoughtfully everything was set up, I get it. Sometimes a place just nails exactly what it’s trying to be.

  Luxury building in the top location few steps from the Old town. New apartment with nice decoration in very good condition. Very nice host.

  Wir haben uns das Appartment als Familie mit zwei Teenagern bewohnt und sind mehr als begeistert. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es ist buchstäblich alles verfügbar. Wir haben das Appartment so sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden, dass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben, ohne das Bedürfnis, vorsichtshalber alles desinfizieren zu wollen. Leider standen wir lange im Stau und kamen weit nach der vereinbarten Zeit zur Schlüsselübergabe und wir wurden dennoch so herzlich und liebevoll in Empfang genommen. Wir sind alle so zufrieden, dass wir nächsten Sommer wiederkommen und länger bleiben wollen. Großes Lob an Milica und ihren Mann, vielen Dank für alles.
