Here’s the thing about this place — it’s positioned perfectly in what locals consider the best part of Budva. I mean, you’re literally walking distance from everything that matters, and I noticed couples seem to absolutely love it here (they’re definitely onto something). The parking situation is fantastic too, which honestly saved me a huge headache since finding a spot in Budva’s old town can be a nightmare. Having free on-site parking meant I could actually explore without constantly worrying about my car. The pedestrian-friendly streets nearby make it ideal for leisurely strolls.

The Studio Space

The room itself is exactly what you’d expect from a studio setup — compact but thoughtfully designed. Everything you need is there, and while it’s not going to win any design awards, it’s clean and functional. The best part? The windows actually let in plenty of natural light, which makes the space feel bigger than it really is. I spent most of my time out exploring anyway, so having a comfortable base to return to was perfect. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing light meals and snacks.

Neighborhood Vibes

What I really loved about staying here was how it felt like I was actually living in Budva rather than just visiting. The surrounding area has this authentic Montenegrin charm — you’ll find local cafes where people actually hang out, not just tourist traps. Walking to the old town takes maybe ten minutes, but you’re far enough away that you don’t get caught up in all the cruise ship crowds. The beach access is solid too, though honestly, most of Budva’s coastline is pretty accessible once you know your way around. The neighborhood truly captures the essence of coastal Montenegro.

You get a great location without paying resort prices, plus the freedom that comes with having your own space.   the apartment is 10-15 min walk from Old town, there is a coffee shop Oliva 3 min walk.
  the apartment itself is very nice and cozy, has all the things you might need – for cooking, washing etc
  wifi signal is good.
  the hosts are very friendly and responsive and they let us stay with our dog.
  
  overall, highly recommend!
  
  What could be improved: one burner on the stove almost doesn’t work, another one is okay, so you can’t cook 2 things at the same time
