Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places along the Montenegrin coast, and Sea View Apartments Perovic honestly surprised me – in the best way possible. You know how sometimes a place just gets everything right without trying too hard? That’s this spot. It sits right on Mediteranska, which puts you maybe a five-minute walk from the Old Town walls (the stone ones everyone posts on Instagram), but far enough that you’re not dealing with the cruise ship crowds stumbling back at 2 AM.

The apartment I stayed in actually lived up to its name – proper sea views, not some sliver of blue you need to crane your neck to see. Honestly, I spent way too much time on that little balcony with my morning coffee, watching the fishing boats head out before the tourist boats took over the water. The place itself feels more like staying at someone’s well-appointed seaside place than a typical hotel room. Real kitchen with a proper fridge (crucial for keeping that local wine cold), decent shower pressure – which, let me tell you, isn’t always a given in Montenegro – and air conditioning that actually works when the July heat hits. The owners clearly know what travelers need because there are all these little touches, like good hangers and enough outlets for your devices.

What I really appreciated was the parking situation – they’ve got a spot for you, which is basically gold in Budva during summer. I mean, trying to park near the old town in peak season is like a contact sport. The location puts you walking distance from Slovenska Plaza if you want the organized beach scene, but you can also easily get to some of the quieter spots along the coast if you prefer less chaos. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel too; there’s a little bakery around the corner where locals grab their morning burek, and you’ll actually hear Montenegrin being spoken more than English or Russian, which gives you a better sense of the real place. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no bureaucratic nonsense, just friendly people who seem to genuinely care that you have a good stay. It’s the kind of place that makes you understand why people fall in love with this stretch of the Adriatic and start planning their return trip before they’ve even left.

  First of all the hosts are very nice and welcoming people.
  The apartments are new, modern and clean, equiped with everything that you need… kitchen, ironing set, air conditioner in each room, TV and good internet connection. They are spacious and have big balcony.
  It’s a brand new building equiped with interphone, security cameras and underground garrage and it’s on a short walking distance to everything, literally you have supermarket in front of the building.

  Quedamos muy contentos con la atención de Steven y de su madre, fueron atentos y amables con nosotros en todo momento.
  El departamento es amplio, moderno y tiene una linda terraza, lo que permite que te sientas cómodo en tu estadia. Queda relativamente cerca de la playa y de la estación de buses, por lo que puedes hacer todas las actividades caminando. Tiene un supermercado al lado.
  No es ruidoso y tiene persianas eléctricas, lo que asegura que puedas contar con un buen descanso.
