The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room – there’s this lived-in comfort that you don’t usually get with vacation rentals. And look, I’ve stayed in plenty of “3-star” places that felt more like 2, but this one punches above its weight. The 9.2 rating isn’t just inflated review padding; you can tell In Property actually cares about the details that matter. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, the shower has proper water pressure (trust me, not a given in Montenegro), and – this is weirdly important – the curtains are actually thick enough to block out light if you want to sleep past sunrise.

What I really appreciated was how walkable everything is from here. You’re maybe eight minutes to Slovenska Plaža if you want the main beach scene, but honestly? Some of my best mornings were just wandering down to the smaller rocky spots along the coast that the tour groups never seem to find. There’s this little bakery – I think it’s called Pekara something – about three blocks inland where locals actually go for their morning coffee, and the woman behind the counter started recognizing me by day three. That’s the kind of neighborhood feel you get staying here instead of in one of those massive resort complexes. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak season (July and August get pretty crazy), but the property management was surprisingly helpful with suggestions – they actually know the area instead of just shrugging and pointing vaguely toward town. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re someone who needs complete silence to sleep, you might catch some street noise on weekend nights, but it’s more lively than disruptive. Actually made me feel more connected to the place, if that makes sense.
