You know what caught me off guard about Sea view Studio Terminal? The name actually delivers – I mean, you really do get those sea views, and honestly, from a 3-star place, that’s not something I was expecting much from. When I first walked into the lobby, it had that sort of understated vibe where you’re not blown away, but you’re also not immediately scanning for the exits either.

The studio setup is pretty clever, actually. Whoever designed these rooms understood that travelers – especially the ones not dropping serious cash – still want to feel like they have some space to breathe. The kitchenette isn’t just for show (I’ve stayed in places where the “kitchen” is basically a mini-fridge and a prayer), and the sleeping area doesn’t feel crammed against the window. Speaking of windows, mine faced southeast, so I got those morning light views over the water without the harsh afternoon glare that can turn your room into a greenhouse. The soundproofing is decent too – I could hear some street noise if I really listened for it, but nothing that kept me up at night.

Here’s the thing about this place that I appreciated – it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. The 7.6 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re paying for. The staff at check-in knew their stuff without being overly chatty, the WiFi actually worked consistently (tested it during a video call, no issues), and the housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive. I left some papers scattered on the desk one day and came back to find them neatly stacked – small touch, but it shows attention to detail. The shower pressure was better than expected, though the bathroom itself is compact in that efficient European way where everything has its exact place. Parking can be a bit of a hunt during peak season – there’s street parking nearby, but you might end up walking a few blocks if you arrive late in the day. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals actually go about their business, so you’ll find proper grocery stores and cafes that aren’t just tourist traps. I grabbed coffee most mornings from a spot about two minutes’ walk away that the front desk guy mentioned – way better than the hotel coffee, and half the price of the touristy places closer to the main waterfront area.

  Apartment was ok, big balcony with view of Budva and the sea.

  Stunning view, modern apartment and clean. Owner was very responsive. Relatively easy to find.
  
  What could be improved: The hot water wasn’t working but the boiler was replaced quickly and the owner was very responsive. However the hot water stopped working again so we had 1 warm shower in the 4 nights stay. The kitchen wasn’t too well equipped. Some basics were missing even to cook a simple meal.

  The best thing here is the sea view – it is just wonderful. The location is also great – you need just a ten minutes walk on a small path to a big supermarket, to the old town and to the beach. It was a bit more tricky with getting normal temperature into the room – when you leave the window open, then there is nice wind but also street noise, when you close the window, then the room is soundproof but can be somewhat too hot. The owners promised to add more directions for finding the place more easily – it's actually not difficult to get there but GPS-systems can sometimes give contradictory instructions.

  What could be improved: The room smells of smoke and the bathroom was moldy and smelled bad. The blinds/ curtains didn’t work so it was very bright in the morning. Asked the host about it but he never did anything.

  What could be improved: DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!
  The owner is a bully, give us the apartment with problem in sewage problem. In the afternoon there was no smell because he hid the sewer with a white bag, we returned in the evening to the apartment, there was a strong smell of sewage!! He said he would order a plumber, and after that he didn't answer the phone, we left the apartment, somewhere else. The smell is very dangerous. Be careful!! It's a SCAM.
  The only place that there are 2 different people, one on the web and one with the apartment.

  Oda çok güzel dizayn edilmiş, küçük ama çok kullanışlı bir daire. Manzarası mükemmel. Sadece banyodan bi koku geliyor ama kapıyı kapattık bizi rahatsız etmedi. Onun dışında araba parkı direk önünde bulmak sıkıntı ara sokaklarda bulup merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor. Bunların dışında bence çok güzel ferah bi daireydi. tekrar gelsem tekrar kalırım.

  What could be improved: Old Town’a 5 dakika deniyor ama merdiven ve yokuş inip çıkmak gerekiyordu. İnip çıkmak çok yorucuydu. Bina da değişik bir koku vardı. Temizlik kokusu muydu anlayamadık ama baya rahatsız ediciydi.
