You know what really struck me about Sea View Villas when I first pulled up? It’s not trying to be some massive resort complex – it’s actually got this intimate, almost residential feel that makes you think you’ve stumbled onto something the locals are keeping to themselves. The whole place sits perfectly positioned where you can actually see the water (and I mean really see it, not just catch glimpses between other buildings like some places promise). Duklei isn’t exactly a household name, which honestly works in your favor here because you’re not dealing with the usual tourist circus.

The villas themselves are solid – I mean, we’re talking about a legitimate 4-star property that doesn’t feel like it’s cutting corners. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything gets in the evenings, which you don’t always expect when you’re this close to the water. The staff knows their stuff too, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that endless paperwork and upselling you sometimes get at bigger chains. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that feels genuine, not staged for photos. Actually, the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious, and there’s decent water pressure, which sounds boring but you’ll thank me when you’re rinsing off salt water after a beach day. The 8.5 rating makes total sense once you settle in – it’s not perfect (the Wi-Fi can be spotty in some areas, and breakfast service runs a bit slow on weekends), but the things that matter most are really well done.

Here’s the thing about staying in Duklei – you’re close enough to bigger attractions if you want them, but far enough away that you can actually relax without feeling like you’re missing out on something. The area around the villas has this authentic, unhurried vibe that’s getting harder to find these days. I found myself taking longer walks than usual just because the neighborhood feels safe and there’s always something interesting to look at. The local restaurants nearby (there’s this family-run place about a ten-minute walk down the coastal path) serve food that’s way better than hotel dining, and the prices won’t make you wince. If you’re the type who likes having options without chaos, Sea View Villas hits that sweet spot. It’s comfortable without being fancy, well-located without being touristy, and priced fairly for what you get. Plus, waking up to actual sea views instead of another building or parking lot? That never gets old.

  Liked literally everything. The service is impeccable, you feel welcome. The location of the villas is both familiarity, at the same time views, perspective, and the whole complex literally immersed in greenery. I am a tour agent, I saw a lot of hotels, in different countries, of different levels, and where I rested a lot, but this complex has nothing to compare with. The restaurant, from the delicious dishes and pastries, to the view, service, everything is on top. Stunning sea views and spa jacuzzi on the terrace .The apartments are all convenient and comfortable, at the same time no frills. Many thanks to all the staff, they are the ones who create the soulfulness of the hotel. We will definitely return.

  Probably the best we've seen on the coast! Everything is perfect, every accessory in the residence. Three of its beaches (for sure, the best restaurants in the whole re with completely different concepts, and a pool with simply amazing sea from all sides. We didn’t even have time to enjoy everything, we’ll come again! And the hotel also has a boat to the Old Town and back – convenient.

  המלון ברמה הגבוהה ביותר שיש. העיצוב והצמחייה – פשוט ברמה הגבוהה ביותר.
  שקט ואיכות הבידוד רעשים מעולה.
  טטיאנה יצרה קשר ופשוט דאגה להכל עם חיוך גדול.
  
  What could be improved: 2 משלושת החופים שהובטחו באתר נסגרו אחרי אוגוסט.
  מי שבא לדירה למרות שהיא ממוקמת ובנויה כחלק מהמלון מעמדכם במלון הוא כשל אורח מבחוץ. צריך לשלם לכל דבר והרבה.. מחופי המלון, הבריכה, חנייה ארוחת בוקר ובעצם כל דבר..
  תיקחו בחשבון שתשלמו 100 יורו לכניסה לחוף המלון ( המהמם), לאדם ובזה יש קרדיט לאוכל במסעדת החוף (המצוינת יש לומר) המחירים יקרים במיוחד על גבול המוגזם.
  לסיכום הדירה לא משתלמת לזוג.

  Все очень понравилось ,прекрасно провели время ,жаль,что очень мало !!!Апартаменты находятся на территории отеля Dykley и мы пользовались всем сервисом отеля . Хочу отметить ресторан ,было вкусно!Шикарный вид и джакузи на террасе ,это было супер 🥂🍾

  טטיאנה שקיבלה אותנו ,סדרה את הכל מול המלון .כולל חנייה
  צריך לקחת בחשבון שהשימוש בחופים של המלון והבריכה עולה כסף אבל שווה כל פרוטה
  ניתן להשתמש בשירות של קלאב קיר שייקח אותכם ממקום למקום במלון ללא חיוב ובהזמנה דרך הקבלה
