You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Seabreeze apartments in Budva – I mean, it’s technically a 3-star place, and we all know how those can go. But honestly, this spot completely surprised me in the best way possible. The building itself has this laid-back, almost residential feel that immediately puts you at ease, nothing fancy or intimidating about it. What struck me right away was how quiet it actually gets here, especially considering you’re still close enough to walk to Budva’s old town without breaking a sweat.

The apartments themselves are where this place really shines – and I think this is why it’s sitting at that crazy 9.7 rating. Each unit feels like someone actually lives there (in a good way), not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down and smells like industrial cleaning products. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, which is huge if you’re like me and get tired of restaurant food after a few days. I actually ended up cooking breakfast most mornings and just sitting on the balcony watching the town wake up. The wifi works well enough for video calls, though it does slow down a bit in the evenings when everyone’s streaming – just so you know. Parking can be a little tricky during peak summer months, but the staff (who are genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions) will point you toward some spots that locals use just a short walk away.

What I really love about staying here is that you get this perfect balance – you’re not stuck in some resort bubble, but you’re also not thrown into complete chaos either. The neighborhood has that authentic Montenegrin vibe where you’ll hear actual conversations in Serbian drifting from nearby cafés, and there’s this little bakery about two blocks down that does these incredible burek pastries early in the morning. The beach is maybe a 10-minute stroll, and while it gets crowded during the day, early mornings and late afternoons are absolutely perfect for a swim. I mean, you can literally hear the waves from some of the apartments when the wind’s right. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator can be a bit temperamental – nothing major, just takes its time sometimes. But honestly, for what you’re paying and the experience you get, especially with how welcoming and knowledgeable the staff are about local spots, Seabreeze apartments feels like one of those hidden gems that somehow hasn’t been completely discovered yet. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel like you’re experiencing Budva rather than just visiting it.

  Понравилось все! Мы не в первый раз в Будве и выбирали место, зная город. Расположение идеальное, Вы находитесь фактически на первой линии, так же в шаговой доступности у вас минимум 2 супермаркета. Сами апартаменты потрясающие, чисто, удобно, красиво, есть все что может понадобиться. Постельное белье идеально чистое. Вид с балкона фантастический. Мы были в марте, иногда вечером на улице было прохладно, на этот случай в апартаментах есть кондиционеры, нам всегда было тепло!

  Отличные апартаменты в новом доме, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, очень чисто. Главное достоинство-расположение! Шаговая доступность моря, до большого супермаркета, рынка. Красивый вид на Старый город🧡

  Мені дуже сподобалося розташування цих апартаментів, це самий центр, воно просто ідеальне для мене! Поруч багато крамниць, торговий центр, кафе, банки, при цьому море в 1 хвилині від апартаментів.
  Апартаменти дуже просторі, із сучасним свіжим ремонтом, тут дуже чисто та затишно, і є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку.
  Але головна особливість на мій погляд, це тераса з неймовірним видом на блакитне Адріатичне море і на Старе місто, на заході сонця цей вид просто казковий🔥♥️🤩
  Дуже привітна господиня 😊
  Від усьго серденька дуже рекомендую ці апартаменти♥️

  Отличное месторасположение, вид на старый город. Очень удобная кровать, после долгих поездок я наконец-то выспался. Полноценная кухня. Все чисто и уютно. Описание и фотографии соответствуют действительности.
  Хозяйка квартиры приветливая, всегда была на связи по любым вопросам.

  Ev sahibi Maria son derece ilgiliydi ve tesise ulaşana kadar bizi sürekli takip etti ve bizi karşıladı, tesis ve oda son derece temiz Budvanın merkezinde denize ve plajlara yürüme mesafesindeydi
  
  What could be improved: 1. Tesiste otopark yok ve aracı park edebileceğiniz bir yer bulmanızda pek mümkün değil 1 hafta araç kiralamıştım ve bir hafta boyunca 300€ civarında otopark bedeli ödemek zorunda kaldım
  2. Ödeme cash ve € olarak isteniyor rezervasyon esnasında bir uyarı gelmediği için hazırlıksız gitmiştik kredi kartından para çekmek zorunda kaldım dikkat edilmesi gereken bir durum
  gezilecek bir çok plaj vs var ve bazılarında kredi kartı kabul edilmiyor
