  First of all, the room was very nice and clean. The landlord was an understanding person. We had a nice welcome.
  
  What could be improved: First of all, the location sent by the landlord and the apartment were in unrelated places. We found it very difficult. Then, most importantly, although the city tax is shown in the pricing in the booking reservation information PDF, they do not pay the tax. The landlord violates the law. Later, when we went to the official institutions for the city tax, they asked for the identity information of the landlord we stayed with. At that moment, they asked for a photo of our passports. However, they did not send it and made us struggle for 1 hour. Later, we solved our business thanks to the lady at the Tourist Center.

  The property was very nice and the owner very lively has all the facilities you need along with a washing machine and kitchen. Very close to town as well
  
  What could be improved: When I arrived I hadn’t been sent any arrival details, It was very late at night when we arrived and there wasn’t any way into the apartment also had no data or calling to get in contact with the owner who is just up the road but would of been good to get sent some things before arrival

  The cleanliness and free parking in front of the building.
  
  What could be improved: Payment is only cash, there is no one there to receive you, you have to contact them before (we didn't share arrival time), small double bed, small bathroom, private kitchen actually is shared kitchen on the ground floor, I paid for "apartment with sea view" but there was no sea view, only if you would go up on the hill on the street. It's too much to say it's an apartment, actually is smaller than a hotel room, TV was not working either.
  Communication with the host was not pleasant at all, he said that I have to pay extra fee for my 10kg cocker spaniel and received an unrealistic argument. And if I pay 10euros/day the dog's hair will no longer exist ? The dog doesn't shed as the host thinks and never sleeps in our bed and it's not fair to state something that you actually don't know 🙂 Just say "for dog is 10euro/day" and don't justify why I have to pay that amount. Small dogs (1-2kg) are exempt from this fee, but they also shed and I guess it's not a problem for the host.

  Apartament was clean and standard was good.
  
  What could be improved: I reserved "apartament with SEA VIEW" but there is not sea view. It's a liar. This building has no sea view. Why you wrote on the description that this is apartemt with sea view? You are a liar.
  
  On the photo there is a terrace on the top of the building. In real terrace is closed. So why u have photos which show terrace if guests can not use it? Also you should write it on Booking. Photos are old and I'm disappointed. it's a scam

  Nice modern apartment with a good air-conditioner, big fridge and washing machine.
  
  What could be improved: Sofa in the first room wasn’t comfortable for sleeping, but the beds were perfect.
  Unfortunately, the oven and some things in the kitchen were really dirty, but in general the owner reacted to our complaints.

  Kind & friendly host, location, clean flat, plus offered us washing our clothes without any extra cost.
  
  What could be improved: Bed too small for 2 people, we didn’t get the room that we booked which was supposed to have 3 beds, we only got the small room with 2 beds. Parking was not very smooth and we didn’t get our own place.

  We liked the room and also the terrace on the roof.
  The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The location is 10-15 minutes walking to the beach.
  
  What could be improved: We agreed on a parking spot, which we found it busy on one of the evenings when we arrived at the location.
  Fortunately, even if it was late, the host answered to us and guided to another parking, one minute walking from the location.
  For one week staying people, my reccomendation is to change the sheets and towels and provide more essentials. Moreover, in the description of the facilities was mentioned hair dryer, which we couldn't find it in the room, but it's true, we had ours so was no need for another.
  Otherwise, all good. Air conditioning, nice view over the mountains and the sea, very good condition for the price paid.
