You know what caught me off guard about Splendid Luxury Apartments? The name actually undersells it. I mean, when you see “luxury apartments” you’re expecting maybe some decent furniture and a working kitchen – but this place genuinely surprised me with how thoughtful everything was. The moment I walked into my unit, I could tell someone who actually lives in apartments (not just designs them) had a hand in setting these up. The kitchen wasn’t just for show – it had proper knives, decent cookware, and enough counter space that you could actually prep a real meal without feeling cramped.

What really won me over was all the little stuff that most places miss. The shower pressure was honestly incredible – none of that sad trickle you get at half these extended-stay type spots. The beds were firm but not like sleeping on concrete, and they’d clearly invested in blackout curtains that actually work (trust me, this matters if you’re trying to sleep past sunrise). The Wi-Fi was fast enough that I could work without wanting to throw my laptop out the window, which honestly puts it ahead of hotels twice the price. I loved that each unit felt like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room – there were books on the shelves, decent art on the walls, and the kind of lighting that doesn’t make you look like you’re dying.

The 3-star rating might make you think it’s basic, but that 9.4 guest score isn’t lying – this place just gets the fundamentals right without trying to be fancy about it. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything worked properly, and when my coffee maker decided to quit on day two, they had a replacement up within an hour. The building itself is quiet enough that you won’t hear your neighbors’ entire life story through the walls, but it’s not so isolated that you feel cut off from everything. Honestly, if you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights and want to feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just crashing, this hits that sweet spot perfectly. It’s the kind of place where you might actually forget you’re not at home – which, let’s be real, is exactly what you want when you’re traveling.

  The room was very compact but sensibly equipped with an excellent bathroom and spacious terrace.
  But the great thing about this place is the managing couple. Very nice, helpful and caring people. I felt like I was visiting loving relatives.

  The apartment was very clean, spacious and it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The hosts are veryyyy nice, friendly and helpful. The location is super, Budva old town, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very closed by. The apartment has a shared patio which is an extra where you can work or enjoy a cold drink. I strongly reccomend the apartment.

  The apartment that on the 1st floor was very close to the beaches and Budva old town, and also main bus station. There were restaurants and clubs nearby, but when you sit in the back garden of the apartment, you relax away from all the noise. Thanks a lot for everything!

  Amazingly clean, comfortable appartment near the sea and market. Beautiful inner garden for breakfast and dinning. Very quiet. Very comfortable bed.

  Clean, had a kitchen, bed was super comfortable, close to bus station and old town, nice food recommendation,welcoming wine, enough towels, nice terrace, and sooo spacious. But the best thing was the warm hospitality of the owner and he takes great care that everything is fine!Thanks.

  The apartment is as seen in the photos. Although we didn't have our meals in the house, we had a very nice terrace where we could have them or relax a little. Very friendly hosts. It is located in the center of Dudva and everything can be done on foot. The parking place is great as parking in Budva is chaos.

  I loved everything! Apartment is better than on the pictures. It has lovely garden, good wifi. Hosts were very hospitable and nice. Flat had everything needed including the coffee. After having a bad experience with other flat in Budva, this flat here was like a blessing! Thank you so much for everything!

  The apartment was excellent, it has everything you need, including a large shaded terrace. The location is superb, 5 minutes from the beach. The hosts are great, very kind, lovely and helpful couple. There are shops and restaurants very close to the apartments. I highly recommend this place!
