  Nice, clean, renovated studio apartment, not on the sunny side. Good equipment, especially the air conditioner that even works in silent mode. I liked everything. There are disadvantages such as weak internet. My mtel mobile internet worked better

  Property is very well equiped, you have everything needed.
  Everything is clean, air condition is included in price.
  You have various markets near and it’s quite.
  The host Tamara is very kind and responsive, she even picked us up from bus station and drove us to the appartment!
  
  What could be improved: We couldn’t lock the terrace door, but we were allowed to use the safe for storing money.
  We find Budva 1 location better then Budva 2 if you are not here by a car.

  Очень удобное месторасположение, близко и до продуктового магазина, и до моря. Есть кондиционер, что очень спасает в жару. Очень приятная хозяйка – Тамара, которая нас встретила в аэропорту и довезла до апартамента. Однозначно буду рекомендовать! Есть микроволновка, полотенца, стиральная машинка, посуда, плита
