Air conditioning works great too, which you’ll definitely need if you’re visiting between June and September. The whole place feels clean without that sterile hotel smell – more like staying at a friend’s apartment, if your friend happened to have really good taste in minimalist furniture.

What really sells this place though is the location knowledge you get from the owner. They pointed me toward this tiny bakery on the next street over where locals actually go for their morning coffee – none of the tourist trap stuff near the marina. And parking, which is honestly a nightmare in most of Budva, is actually manageable here because you’re just outside the chaos zone but close enough to walk everywhere. The beach is about a seven-minute stroll, the Old Town walls are five minutes, and if you want to hit Slovenska Plaza for the party scene, it’s maybe ten minutes on foot. I stayed here in late July and yeah, it gets busy during the day, but by 11 PM the street quiets down completely. That 9.8 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense either – everything works, it’s clean, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. Sometimes the simple things done well beat all the fancy amenities you never actually use anyway.
