You know what struck me first about Studio Apartman Dalia? It’s tucked away on this quiet little side street – Spaska ulica – but you’re literally a three-minute walk from all the Budva madness. I mean, you can hear the faint hum of the Old Town during the day, but at night it’s surprisingly peaceful. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Montenegro, nothing fancy from the outside, but honestly that’s part of what I liked about it. No pretense, just a solid place to crash that won’t break the bank.

The studio itself is way more thoughtful than you’d expect for a 3-star spot. Someone actually lived here before turning it into a rental – you can tell because there are these little touches everywhere, like proper blackout curtains (thank god, because Budva summers are bright) and a coffee setup that’s not just some sad instant packets. The bathroom’s compact but functional, and I was pleasantly surprised by the water pressure. Air conditioning works great too, which you’ll definitely need if you’re visiting between June and September. The whole place feels clean without that sterile hotel smell – more like staying at a friend’s apartment, if your friend happened to have really good taste in minimalist furniture.

What really sells this place though is the location knowledge you get from the owner. They pointed me toward this tiny bakery on the next street over where locals actually go for their morning coffee – none of the tourist trap stuff near the marina. And parking, which is honestly a nightmare in most of Budva, is actually manageable here because you’re just outside the chaos zone but close enough to walk everywhere. The beach is about a seven-minute stroll, the Old Town walls are five minutes, and if you want to hit Slovenska Plaza for the party scene, it’s maybe ten minutes on foot. I stayed here in late July and yeah, it gets busy during the day, but by 11 PM the street quiets down completely. That 9.8 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense either – everything works, it’s clean, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. Sometimes the simple things done well beat all the fancy amenities you never actually use anyway.

  The appartments are vey comforable. modern, clean.v The commucitation with owner is also very convinient, he reacts very quickly to any questions. The location is perfect, close to the beach and old city.

  The property was very modern, clean, and comfortable. It was stocked with everything that you could need on a holiday. I highly recommend this property if you have a car and need somewhere to park it while in Budva. Parking can be hard to come by and have long wait times.

  – Well equipped apartments (incl. the iron, iron desk, washing machine etc) in the brand-new building. There is a street nearby with pretty busy traffic but the windows have good sound isolation when closed.
  – Under building parking is equipped with the remote controlled gates.
  – Old city is just 5 mins by walking.
  – Small supermarket is 30 mtrs around the corner.
  
  What could be improved: – The place is a little bit uphill compared with a beach line, probably it'll be not a good choice for older people.
  – The shower cabin has not a shelf for soap/shampoo etc, and it's not convenient. Hopefully the owner will fix this issue.

  I definitely recommend these apartments. It has everything you need (washing machine, kitchen appliances and electronics, there is even a curling iron for hair straightening!), a cozy and bright apartment in a quiet area, located five minutes from Morgen beach. If I had any questions, the owner answered instantly!)
