Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Studio Apartment” as the name, I was expecting something pretty basic. You know what though? This place completely surprised me. It’s got that whole minimalist thing going on, but in a way that actually works rather than feeling like they just forgot to buy furniture. The space is smartly designed – I mean, really smartly. Everything has its place, and somehow it doesn’t feel cramped even though you’re essentially living in one room.

What really struck me was how quiet it is, especially considering it’s right in the middle of everything. I stayed there during what should have been peak season, and honestly, I slept better than I do at home. The soundproofing is actually decent, which is rare for places in this price range. The little kitchenette is more functional than you’d expect too – I managed to make proper coffee in the mornings (there’s a surprisingly good local roaster just two blocks down, by the way). The bathroom’s compact but well thought out, with one of those rainfall showerheads that makes you feel like you’re in a much fancier place.

Here’s the thing that really won me over though – it’s the small details that show someone actually cares about this place. The lighting is warm and adjustable, there are enough outlets near the bed (miracle!), and the wifi actually works consistently. I worked from there a couple mornings and had zero issues with video calls. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that overly complicated key card drama you get at bigger hotels. Parking was easier than I expected, though I’d definitely recommend asking about the best spots when you arrive. The area gets pretty lively on weekend evenings, but it’s more of a good energy than annoying noise. That 9.3 rating isn’t just inflated reviews – this place genuinely delivers on what it promises without trying to be something it’s not. For a 3-star spot, it punches way above its weight.

  Nice and modern apartment with everything you need – fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and free wifi. The apartment has a very good location – only few minutes from Slovenska plaza (beach) and cca 20mins from the old town. Communication with the owner was also flawless, easy check in and check out with keys being left in a lock box. Definitely recommend this place if you want to spend few days in Budva, we had a great time 🙂

  Very kindly and helpful owner,apartament was very comfortable with good location(walking distance) 15 min from bus station and few min from beach. Plus for big balkon and window.

  Really great apartment! It feels like home when you are living there. Great kitchen, washing machine, balcony with mountain view, working place, modern design. A few minutes walk to store Cafe or seashore.
  The best choice for full-time travelers. Definitely recommend foe everyone who's going to visit Budva

  Couch is quite comfortable for sleeping. Our favorite is big window so the room is full of light during the day.

  it was a pleasure to spend time in such a new and well-organized apartment. Apartment is very light, perfectly clean and is situated close to the beach. Contact with the host was perfect, he helped us also with AirPort transport. I have already sent link for my friends that are planning to go to Budva – apartment definitely worth recomendation!

  Really nice and lovely place. The apartment is completely new, all necessary stuff are present. All things made with love and with good taste. Just take a shampoo and shower gel with you.
  Perfect view from balcony, big windows.
  The owner really kind and hospitable, ready to solve any issue if you have. 12 minutes away by walk to Slovenska Plaža beach.
  It was really great time here.

  Отличная квартира. Как оказалось этот конкретный диван очень хорош в качестве кровати, лучше большинства кроватей в другом жилье, в разложенном состоянии он очень большой и удобный. Ремонт отличный, огромное раждвижное окно во всю стену, электрожалюзи и москитная сетка, с балкона видно горы, вайфай быстрый, большой телевизор, санузел с дверью, которая отлично изолирует. Еще бы пара небольших мелочей вроде ковра на полу, микроволновки, чуть больше места в шкафу и крючков в ванной и было бы вообще идеально
